The Hadley is more than just a restaurant - it is a collage of fine food, decadent experiences, cocktails to write home about, and lively conversation in a wonderfully historic location. The Hadley is an all-consuming nod to the year of 1959-the year Park Towne Place was built.

More than just the end of a decade, 1959 was a significant turning point in American culture, where a certain confluence of style, design, and art emerged and found its way into our homes.True to form, The Hadley is designed to be an extension of your living room-a comfortable and elegant space that demonstrates a sophistication only Park Towne Place could accommodate.
Park Towne Place is pleased to provide a robust art program including rotational exhibits accompanied by engaging public events at our mid-century modern complex. The temporary exhibits complement the permanent collection of more than 150 artworks from over 110 artists. Art can be seen and experienced throughout the four towers, The Hadley restaurant, and the grounds of the property listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

I moved in a couple months ago, and my experience has been great. Best part is how dog friendly the complex is. Maintenance is timely and professional. Dog mess in common areas are cleaned promptly. The city view is spectacular. The noise takes some getting used to. Very close to the river and maja park for dog walking . Receiving packages is mediocre, packages only delivered to south tower. Since Ida Flood storage area is a mess and set up in the movie area. The apartment was freshly painted and cleaned when I moved in , they forgot to vacuum before they painted. My window sill dried with the

I’ve been living at Park Towne for about 6 months now. I absolutely love living here. Everyone who visits me is shocked by how beautiful the campus is and how many amenities we have. This place could not be any better when it comes to all of the amenities they offer. The location doesn't really get any better than this. I love feeling like I'm close to center city but in a suburban feel. I’m from the suburbs so I value being close to nature. The leasing office staff, maintenance people, and Old Nelson staff create a wonderful community atmosphere here. I hope rent doesn’t go up because I’d

Recent pool expansion to indoor space is going great. You can now very conveniently swim from the elevator all the way to 676 and pick up food from the first ever underwater Old Nelson!
***UPDATE***
Due to a number of voiced concerns by the residents, the PTP management has rolled back the expansion in record time. The pool has been converted into an organic, gluten free and grass fed pond to help reduce stress and anxiety that some residents have experienced.
5/5 for PTP management response.

During the Hurricane Ida, Park Towne 1)was aware of the flooding situation but did not alarm its residents to either move their cars out of the garage or expensive packages from the storage room, instead it sent an EMAIL saying you need evacuate in 30MINS. 2) Does not provide any accommodation during evacuation time but a shelter place 3) does not publicize any time frame to reopen the building. We understand it's hard to say an accurate date but no estimated moves and time line. 4) I personally have 10,000$ worth stuff in the underground storage room to ship out before moving out but got severely

Park Towne Place has been such a wonderful place to live! The location is unbeatable for me wanting to be in Philly, by the trail to be active, and walkable to so much (restaurants, library, Whole Foods, etc.). Additionally, the amenities are awesome, the apartments are clean and beautiful, and I'm thankful for the views from mine (puts me in the best mood everyday). The Park Towne Team has also been so kind and helpful to my roomate and I! Looking forward to the months to come living here.

Overall very satisfied with the way things went with move-in and over the first month. Amenities are great and community feels safe. Great for dogs as there are several places to walk your dog right outside the entrance of your building. Dogs parks are well maintained. Gym, pool and market are great amenities that really make this place stand out. Parking is not guaranteed and took two months to get but not the end of the world. Have noted some bugs in and around the building so will be making a service request for them to spray near the entrances.

You have a furbaby, you gave to live here! 2 personal dog parks and amazing dog friendly people (well most of them)
Pool is lit during summer months! Apartments are spacious, kitchen layout is huge(maybe depends on bhk). Love the common spaces✨.
It's obviously expensive but given the amenities it's worth it. If you can make a good deal on rent you will mostly love it.

Edit: We've been here for two months and have enjoyed it so far until last weeks notice. They canceled the shuttle service which was the main reason why we moved here. The management doesn't listen to tenants with our concerns. My wife and I took the shuttle everyday for our jobs in center city. Now on top of all the apartment hidden fees (that they didn't tell us about) We have to spend more money on commuting M-F. With this crucial cancelation they are not willing to reduce our monthly rent. Very disappointing

I love living at Park Towne Place! They are very responsive to concerns and always looking for ways to improve their residents' experience. This truly is a community, with amazing amenities including 24/7 gym, pool, plenty of green space, areas for the doggos, a tailor, a salon, coffee bar, and grocery! All that one could need is right here! Located in the beautiful Art Museum District with its own art displays that rotate through the lobbies and support local and well-known artists alike. Truly an incredible place to call home and unlike any other place in the city!
