This has been the worst complex I have ever lived in… the maintenance team is the only thing they have going because the provide the best service when they can… however the two guys are stretched thin between the two properties and Corporate aren’t allowing them the funds to fix things… However Dyana the manager is horrible she does not care about her residence or this property… if they changed the staff in the office and the district managers to more compassionate caring people the complex would be way better… I have been here for a year and have delt with mice, spider bites, mold

If I could give 0 stars I could. The property manager (dyana) is beyond unprofessional … if you’re a person who values privacy this is not the ideal place to stay.. from managers to maintenance they are very gossipy whether you participate or not… i listen to her rants about other tenants but honestly this is something i’d prefer avoiding… hallways and laundry room are always dirty . It was like staying at a cheap hotel. glad that’s over

They beg you after you move in to write a review … like gosh. relax! i just got here… also the general announcement emails are unpleasant to read… they are always very harsh and pushy (kinda threatening even) it’s not the best place to stay in the area but not the worst either. maintenance is always complaining (like really, find another job) the kitchens are the nicest part of the apartment everything else pretty much just got a paint job. they told me the carpet was cleaned, that’s almost impossible with the amount of hair and the smell left over. well i already signed the lease soâ€

Moved in about 4 months ago, 3rd floor for a good price. Apartment is nice, has all the stuff you could want. 2 bed 2 bath. Maintenance people are good about getting stuff done, usually next day depending on the nature of the request. Parking can be difficult very late at night due to limited spots and some cars seem to never move (or have air in the tires). Dog friendly, lots of nice pups in the neighborhood. Location is great, near lots of shopping and food areas, but also far away enough from the main street to keep trouble away. Maintenance people seem to be doing something every week (like

I love living at patchen oaks. Its a very beautiful and peaceful place to live. I especially love the staff they work very well with the residents! Out of all the property managers I've ever had Mrs. Dyana is the best around. She goes above and beyond for her residents. Couldn't ask for any better! I highly recommend Patchen Oaks Apartments
