Piss poor quality. First apartment and found way better apartments for cheaper. Model seemed nice until you see where you’re moving. Roaches, stray cats leaving ticks and flees around the complex. Poor quality apartment. Balcony collapsed in the past and about to again, put in four work orders and still nothing. Electrical issues, appliances not working, etc. within the first day of living here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Got so fed up with this place we moved out before the lease ended paying two rents. Additionally went 9 months out of our 13 month lease putting in work orders for a broken dryer

These have to be fake reviews. I moved from Chicago so I really don’t know areas. I just know this place was close to my job/insurance agency. First apartment was ok we were on second floor but man under us kept complaining about my child so they made us move to another apartment on first floor. Worst mistake ever PHASE 3 roaches every mf where. I ordered pizza one day and sat it down and it was roaches in my pizza DISGUSTING. They went from 1,276 to 1,500 and thought I would settle no ma’am I put the 60 day notice in right away. Now I hear they’re 1,700 for that price you might as well move

Just moved here it is very nice and quiet and clean.
I came into the office and Flora guided me thru the whole application process showed me all my options with all the different floor plans and prices. Once move in day got closer she was very helpful with any questions I had concerning payment and utilities I would definitely recommend and speaking with her about leasing here she is great and super helpful.
Maintenance is also very helpful and are around just about every day cleaning what needs very safe and welcoming environment worth the price.

If I could give zero stars, trust me I would!!! This is a ROACH MOTEL. It is infested with German cockroaches and the office will rent out to tenants even though they are WELL AWARE OF THE SITUATION!!! The only good thing about this apartment is the office lady Susan who is caring and empathetic, and most likely feels bad that it's apart of her job… that she is told to lie to future residents and tell them there is no roach infestation. When it's clear everyone in that office is aware. My boyfriend and I moved in on a Thursday, the unit did not appear move in ready as the oven was broken
