I live here since 2016. Even though I outgrown my apartment long ago, I still could not make myself to move to another place. The main reason for that is reliable management. Whenever I have a problem they would come day or night to fix it, week days or weekends. The complex manager Jeff is a great guy, always very helpful and very polite. The maintains crew are also very reliable and professional people. The prices are little high for this type of property, but I consider it as a payment for the care free living.

My parents lived here for a year. The location was great for them as they both worked in Henrietta at the time, but beware basement apartments! When they first moved in it smelled like fresh paint and new carpet but that faded and left behind a musty smell that never went away. If I left a sweater there, when I got it back it would smell musty like the apartment. There were only two windows in the place and they were constantly wet all year round. This created an obvious mold problem as well as damaged the paint on the windowsill. When my parents complained they were basically told that management

I lived here for a year and a half. Overall, it was a great experience. The complex is garden-style and each building has two floors, though no elevators. The move-in process wasn't too bad. I lived on the second floor and lugged my stuff up one flight of stairs.
Each building has a room with several coin-op washers and dryers. I never really had a problem getting a machine. My neighbors were pretty quiet, so noise was never an issue in the building I lived in.
The management office was very responsive and professional. Maintenance requests were always handled in a reasonable amount
