The staff is amazing!
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Jessica and Ashley have especially been an amazing experience to work with. Always so kind 🤗

They gave me a roach infested apartment. It was filthy and never cleaned. The cabinets were filled with roach feces. Drawers were cleaned but you can see that they've been trying to hide the problem by paining over the roach feces instead of cleaning it. The feces is seeping through the Paint. I'm afraid for my health and safety. The bathtub was also painted and when I received the apartment paint was peeling from the bottom of the bathtub. They came and repainted it without my consent and I could not shower till the next day. The fumes from the paint gave me headaches for a two days

I like this property specially the staff me and my dad been living here for 5years already mr.joe is a really nice and helping guy jessica is really nice to let's not talk about ashley just met her not long ago really sweet beautiful girl she had helped me with 3 problems I had already the arbors on westheimer is a really good place don't believe what people have to say about them they over exaggerated I promise you that !!! Keep the nice help 😌

After tirelessly looking for a good and affordable apartment complex I found this one. Jessica was able to help alleviate the stress of moving. She was understanding and very helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever I had any questions or concerns she was the only one resolving them/acting on them. You can tell she cares for her customers not by her words, but by her actions. Overall, The Arbors on Westheimer is a great place to live!

It's sad that these apartments just evicted those couple like that I was in tears when I saw them do that, even with rent relief and they got paid 7 grand they still didn't want the money it just shows it's not about paying rent it's about what people they want and don't want!! I will share these apartments to my social media and friends to spread the word what these people did to that family!!

I've never lived here but, I read in the paper about them throwing out a family with a 7 month old baby in July without any notice or regards to their personal belongings thrown out in bags so others that live their can pickup whatever they want. Hope you all can sleep well at night... You're all very cold & a heartless management and should be ashamed of yourselves!

Honest review do not believe those fake reviews they posted on here to post their ratings !!!! Me & my friend moved from out of town to this apartment…. We had our lease signed at least 2 weeks before we arrived once we got here they changed our apartment and we had to redo the lease (red flag #1).
Once we seen the apartment it looks nothing like the pictures online which we asked were they updated when we were looking online we were told yes (lie #1)
Jessica is the one we talked to from beginning until we signed our lease. We got moved it and we’re completely exhausting from driving over

Look here if you want a recent review from an honest person who just moved in during this summer.
Sadly things haven't been as good as they could be, but I am a person with quite some patience. My girl on the other hand is not the type. When we first moved in we wanted to take a late shower and come to find out the bathtub drain was clogged from the previous tenant.
It had an extremely slow drain which would not allow us to shower without it over filling fast. (it only took a day or two for someone to come out and fix that issue)
A lot of stuff was rushed to be done before we were moved in.

The service is very bad. Insects are everywhere in the apartment. There are animals that live on the roof of the bathroom. Cooling is not working well. The washing machine is not working.. the rental desk, they are very rude especially the manager and the assistant manager and I don't recommend living here

When I first moved here in 2011 I admit the management was horrible. Nothing was being repaired in a timely manner. What should've been repaired within a day often took 4 days and sometimes weeks. If I had given this place a review several years ago it would have received a one star. However the management has changed since then.
The manager there now named Krishna Dhungyel is a good guy, along with the staff does a great job trying their best to make sure the repairs are taken care of. Carmen is one of the new staff members to come aboard and she is a great person in and out. I lived there

Apartment very quiet clean environment for and safe. When I pull in to the gate I see relaxed peaceful and quiet. Also the management staff and engineering staff are awesome. The resident’s also family wave and look out for each other. Access to the airport, grocery stores, restaurant and freeway access.

I have been living in this apartment for the past 7 months and I think it is high time I review it. The workers at the leasing office are very friendly. More importantly, their level of professionalism is second-to-none. They attend to service orders in a cogent and timely manner and issues, whenever arise, are swiftly resolved. What I like most… about this apartment complex is its safety. There has not been a single crime or break in that I am aware of since I moved in due to the fact that they have security personnel on site 24 hours. I have all but good things to say about this beautiful

Had a great time here. Office staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and flexible. Service requests were responded to in a fast, professional manner. This apartment complex has been going nowhere but up over the two years I was living here (the added 24/7 security measures were particularly appreciated when it comes to feeling safe if you live alone). Highly recommended!

Positives : the layout of the studio apartment is nice. You're next to a lot of stores , restaurants , and the movies , doesn't take long to Highway 59 either. It's quiet as well so there's no loud music or people hanging out everywhere.
Negatives: visitor's parking sucks. There is only one way in and one way out. Huge roach problem( the bugs are too big) I find already two-three cockroaches a month in my apartment. I have consistently call them to come spray my house but lastly I've been getting excuses. My mailbox is broke (very tough to open). Someone spray painted

Very bad treatment by the staff, care apartments below zero no one cares about the problems inside the apartment asked more than three times the repair of the problem, but no one cares. Each month the electricity becomes more expensive I do not know why, despite that one person lives in this apartment and this became a problem when most of the rest of the apartments suffer from it !!!

In the last few months, the arbors seems to have gone under new management. From what I thought was going to be a disgusting new paint job turned out to be very nice. Since the new management has been here, they have repainted the fences, the parking lot lines, installed a small playground and security cameras in the parking lots as well. If there is going to be some kind of apartment wide maintenance issue, we are all warned at least 1 day in advance, which I really appreciate. It's still annoying but I'm glad to have to opportunity to shower ahead of time and not wake up for work and
