Stephanie is one of a kind. Stephanie Mansour of Step it Up With Steph is one of the few personal trainers I've met in Chicago, IL that has managed to make personal training FUN! I used to feel so intimidated about going to the gym - especially the free weights area. With Steph - it's just not like that. Best personal trainer - I recommend her to my close friends. :)

Steph is hands down the best personal trainer and life coach in Chicago. I've worked with her two separate times in the last four years. She has a unique style of pairing exercise and confidence coaching. As far as the personal training, Steph has a great efficient way of training. She combines strength training with short bursts of cardio intervals so we were always maximizing our time together. I have never had as much endurance as the times I've trained with Steph (and I have had a number of personal trainers in Chicago.) She is definitely worth the money. Her programs are very high

I found out about Steph through my apartment complex. She taught a pilates class which were very rewarding. I never felt the pressure or insecurities around her. She explained everything so well to where exercising was actually enjoyable.
