I have been going here for about 2 years now. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied because I actually saw results. It was important to me to find a place where the staff was pleasant and supportive. They always give me good advice about healthy food choices and encourage me when I slack on exercising and eating right. I highly recommend them as a partner to anyone who is looking to change their eating habits and looking to loose some weight.

Nice employees and prices are good for my b12 but the hours available are terrible. Barely ever open and always changing hours open so the google search is always wrong. Very difficult to go there or pick up medication this way. I don't always recommend this business because the availability is so scarce.

I originally got a groupon because I was curious about B12 and the benefits it would have. I am so glad I did! I loved the staff, they were so helpful with the injections and showing me how, plus I got a nutritional evaluation and some other great suggestions of what my body would benefit from. Highly recommend, plus they've been great during Covid, shipping the B12 so I didn't have to go into the office. Love them!

I give two stars for the cleanliness, and the front desk personal.
I personally did not do good on it. The lipo B-12 shots did not do much for me. I was working out 4 to 5 days a week and cut back on carbs. However, I did not see much results. I was on it for 3 months. And lost six pounds. And the pills made me very dizzy and was not able to sleep, and horrible headaches. I was given a lower dose of phentermine but that surely did not help. The other option was 500 to 700 calories a day. And the price was too high for this other program. I visited this clinic through a Groupon. I was very pleased with my visit. The Office Staff was polite and professional. I made an appt and waited maybe 5 or 6 minutes until I was called in. The Dr. was a great listener, then gave me a painless B12 shot and a diet plan. I also got some phentermine,(not part of the Groupon.) I lost 14 lbs in less than 2 months. It's a bit far from my house but would not hesitate to return.

All I can say is that the staff has changed at the Oak Lawn location and it is not for the better. The intake staff person seemed like she would rather eat lint that service me. She seemed happy to tell me I had gained weight instead of lost pounds.....Interesting. The nurse practitioner was as robotic as you can get. All I did was listen. nod and collect my protocol information. Slightly condescending was her tone. The initial visit I had was really good. Very caring staff who actually had a conversation with me about my goals...like she gave a damn. I think I will change locations...if

A thorough and balanced program was described to me by the most updated and inspiring Nurse Practitioner, Terri McCreedy. She recommended an appetite suppressant called phentermine which really works and is gentle. I can sleep well and control my urges too. Then Terri also recommends certain vitamins, minerals and probiotics to balance my energy and prevent bloating. I have lost over 40 lbs. in the last 3 months and love the way I look and feel, especially when I walk.. Lupe, Mary, Mayra and the staff are super friendly and supportive, so I love going in!

I go to the Gurnee office. The staff is knowledgable, supportive, and kind. I'm not doing the HCG diet, rather just smart eating, exercise, and B12 shots. I'd rather lose the weight in a more natural way and they have been there in a very helpful way. It's been 6 months and iive lost 30 pounds.
Why did I take off one star? They're hours are pretty slim. Even though I only go once a month, it's hard to fit in my schedule due to the few days and short hours they are open.
