The Catholic High Schools of Long Island have partnered with the Diocese of Brooklyn and the Archdiocese of New York to use the same online TACHS exam for all students. Please remember that The Catholic High Schools of Long Island do not require or promote TACHS Preparation Courses. The TACHS exam is designed to measure student cognitive skills rather than knowledge of particular subjects.

TACHS exam registration available at www.tachsinfo.com or via telephone at 1-866-618-2247. Requests and supporting documentation for extended time accommodations due to Diocese of Rockville Centre. Obtain your test session date/time/session code available on www.tachsinfo.com. Students will be randomly assigned to 1 of 2 different times on their assigned test date (no time preference accepted).

If you are taking the examination with testing accommodations, be sure to check with the school to which you are applying concerning admissions requirements and the entrance exam.
