Kellenberg Memorial High School
Our school lives out a Catholic Identity and encourages students to grow into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Kellenberg Memorial promotes a daily prayer life along with spiritual enhancements such as retreats, mission trips, and service opportunities that will enhance the faith life.

In addition to the academic and extracurricular programs at Kellenberg Memorial, students also share in a faith experience within the context of a Catholic school community. All activities, both inside and outside of the classroom, are carried out in the spirit of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through the spiritual dimension of their education, students grow into mature, Christian men and women.
Services
When you graduate from Kellenberg Memorial, you become part of an expansive alumni network of over 13,500 Firebirds across the globe who are united in their shared experience of the Marianist education of the heart and mind. Our graduates go on to become leaders in finance, law, medicine, technology, education, civil service, and engineering.
Since 1987, Kellenberg Memorial High School has been providing an unparalleled, Catholic education of the heart and mind in the Marianist tradition.

We consistently hear gratifying feedback from our alumni community that a Kellenberg Memorial education is an important stepping stone which readies students for not only the academic rigors of higher education, but also provides them with a strong spiritual foundation, fully developing their relationships with Jesus and the broader Catholic community.
In order to ensure that countless generations of Firebirds receive an equally innovative Catholic, liberal arts education rooted in the Marianist tradition in the future, the administration of Kellenberg Memorial is taking bold steps today. A dedicated, dynamic Advisory Board has been established in order to guide and assist the administration as it strategically plans the steps to be taken to shape the vision for the future of the school.
As with many of our annual events, the Benefit Outing was reimagined for this year in order to adhere to CDC's continued guidance warning against gathering in large groups. The Seawane Club, Rockaway Hunt Club, and Lawrence Yacht and Country Club once again hosted our golfers for the day. Each location held a private cocktail reception with raffles for our golfers.
From the Northeast: Northern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway, South, in the direction of Jones Beach. Exit the Meadowbrook at Hempstead Turnpike, West, M4, in the direction of Hempstead and Hofstra University. Exit ramp is very long and parallels the Meadowbrook Parkway. The exit goes directly on to Hempstead Turnpike (West).

A wonderful school teaching a values based education. Fantastic atmosphere for the kids and a terrific faculty. My daughter is thriving there after a so/so grammar school experience. She exudes a respectful confidence and we ow it all to the Marianists at Kellenberg. A phenomenal school!

Claims to be a catholic school, yet discriminated against many of its students. I am register with a disability for my auto immune diseases, and I was forced to resign due to it. I was then accused of mental illness because I have auto immune diseases. I was met with disrespect and forced to tour several schools for special needs which is quite insulting when you have no issues and am just suffering from immune issues.

Making children to not have their own views and forcing them to go to pro life rallies. We get it it’s a catholic school but don’t force your pro life views on young children. Gross

I gave the school 5 stars about four years ago (when I was a sophomore at the school) and now that I'm well past graduation I would love to share my experience at Kellenberg. The 4 years I spent here was the best time of my life! The teachers are amazing, kind-hearted, and readily available to assist you with anything you need. The school is based off of the Catholic Marianist Order, where the religious brothers and priests have a firm founding in Catholic Education through Mary the Mother of God. Honestly attending Kellenberg not only changed me mentally (in terms of preparing me for College)

Please do not send your children to Kellenberg. I am currently a junior in college and to this day graduating from Kellenberg was the best day of my life. Kellenberg was a cult, the teachers did not care for you and if you weren’t “popular” you had no friends. All the reviews saying “don’t listen to the people who leave 1 star reviews, they probably weren’t in any clubs or sports” are wrong. I was in 7 clubs throughout my four years and I was on the dance team and I still had the worst experience of my life. My parents regret sending me to kellenberg more than anything. They can see

I love the school. kellenberg is a school that is filled great teachers, nice staff, and a huge amount of people that some can call family. all the angry moms are saying bad things about the school that are overly exaggerating. yes, the school prays 24\7, but what did u expect? your going to a catholic, marianist school and you expect that you won’t pray a lot? wow. and yes, some of the food isn’t good, so what? not every school has outstanding food. but some of the food actually is good so your just going to have to deal with it. also, no you can’t bring a water bottle around. why? because

Don’t listen to all the mad moms. So what if you can’t bring a water bottle, it’s because high schoolers can bring beer. I love Kellenberg because there is a club for everybody, even me who is VERY picky with activities. Not every school is perfect, I bet if all of these “Karen’s” think the reason their kid didn’t get into Harvard is because of Kellenberg. NO! It’s because your kid gets 25% on all of their quizzes.

Kellenberg is an amazing school with a great curriculum and teachers that want every student to do well and succeed. The variety of clubs and activities here is second to none so there is something for everyone. The entire campus is beautiful and vibrant. Every school has its issues here and there but Kellenberg is always improving and striving to cultivate the best learning environment possible. The administration is top tier and values every student. So if you are looking for a great Catholic high school, look not further than KMHS. You will have an amazing experience here if you are motivated

This school is such an amazing school. I switched to Latin school in the 7th grade and my grades have made such an improvement ever since. This school has over 30 clubs you can participate in. Some of them are sports, educational, and even just for fun! This is a great school and it would help to get into a great college. The teachers are so caring and they love teaching. I definitely think that it’s worth your money and you should sent you me kids here. The school has dogs, peacocks, turtles, parrots, bunnies, ferrets, and a lot more animals that I can’t even remeber myself! I am a former
