Updated 8/27: Lowering my rating to 4 stars only because I was not able to recover my security deposit. We cleaned the unit up and down when I moved out, but was told that my deposit was used for a cleaning and carpet service. Be sure to take photos upon moving out so that you don't run into this issue.
Original Review: My experience at Madison was fantastic and I'm so glad I moved here, even if it was just for one year. The community is in an older part of Henderson (right by Ethel M), but the convenience of having stores and other entertainment less than 5 minutes away was great; really one

This is my first apartment I've ever rented. This is an amazing community, majority of the neighbors are very friendly and family orientated. Very quiet area. Two second walking distance to an AMAZING view of the city. Maintenance crew are very friendly and teach you if you want to learn about how they fix things. The property manager is very professional and AMAZING. She makes sure that we are taken care of under any circumstances. Very accommodating. She has been a blessing this entire year. I will be resigning my lease for another 12 month term. Judy in the front office is so sweet and kind

I applied out of state and Judy helped make the process easier by answering my many concerns and questions. She is welcoming and easy to approach so that is a great start.
The complex public areas are clean and well kept. My apartment was clean upon move in with only a couple minor issues. Tenants have covered parking. This area is a short drive away from all the stores you need. Enjoying this apartment so far!

This complex is amazing! It's very quiet, and the move in process was quick and easy. We had no problem bringing our pet, and our neighbors are friendly. There is covered parking, but additional spaces. The apartments are also a wonderful size! The only thing I would ask for is a bigger gym and pool. That's the only thing stopping this place from being perfect!
