First, let me introduce myself to you.my name is Troy Crawford. I have had my own personal training company since 2001. I went to college at the University of Tennessee at Martin, on an athletic scholarship for baseball. I received a degree in Health and Human Performance.
After college, I obtained my certification to be a personal trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS) which are two of the most sought after certifications in the business.

This is just what it says. An OnTrak Personal Training trainer will develop a fitness routine based on your needs, goals, and body type. The client receives our trainer's undivided attention during our 30 minute or hour-long session. OnTrak Personal Training will strength train people in groups ranging from 2-4 people.
Training should be individualized. People have different goals and different needs. Many trainers have migrated away from evaluating each person with a series of tests and developing workouts that are specific to the client's needs and goals. Most trainers, unfortunately, are educated just enough to have to use cookie-cutter workouts or workouts they have found in magazines, online or seen someone else do.
Patrick has been involved with hockey for two decades locally and nationally. Patrick grew up playing hockey, and from an early age it sparked his passion for fitness. Patrick has always been an active person, but it was the discipline that he gained from playing competitive sports that showed him his true passion in the fitness field.
I have heard that there is a specific % of your heart rate to stay at to burn body fat when you are doing cardio. A.This is actually a more complicated question than it sounds. Because in fact that statement is true. However, I will try to shed a little light on the subject. Fat is fuel for long endurance activities.
