Visited the location for a scheduled tour, the gentleman was very helpful. My only concern was how the people working in the office was gossiping about tenants, I understand that it may happen when working with peers but I felt like it was very unprofessional and made me feel uneasy knowing that any concerns I may have if I had chosen to move in would’ve been talked so publicly, I feel like I’m your face they would seem helpful but the one lady was complaining about someone constantly calling to check up on a maintenance request.

So it’s been a year and I just resigned my lease! Can you believe they are going to clean my carpets for free? It’s just two bedrooms but that’s so sweet. I enjoy my laminated floors the most however. I am still in love with living here!! My closet space is everything! I spend so much time on my balcony. I had so much fun entertaining my guests at the pool/grill area this summer. I swam so many laps in our beautiful pool. Thank you Parktowne for ensuring your tenants never want to live anywhere else.

Maintenance is top notch, best place I've lived to get things fixed promptly and courteously. The guys that come help are very warm and friendly, professional and timely. I really appreciate the communication from the maintenance office and the crew. I know things will be taken care of. Also kept really great high standards during Covid to keep everyone safe. Great facilities over all.
Only complaint is the small kitchen and that the units don't have full size in unit hookups. But there are communal full size units and you can rent portable sized washer dryer for in unit use.

Maintenance and customer service is absolutely the worst it's 90 degrees outside and our AC is not working which we have contacted them 4 days ago. Not to mention they are leaving us in the heat for the weekend and memorial day. They walked to our AC looked at it and never came back. Our dogs are always panting guess I'll be sleeping in sweat again...

I'm loving my new place. It very spacious. The whole process was quick, easy and not stressful at all. I was about to move into my apartment within a 1.5 week of submitting my application. I love that I was able to read my lease electronically at my own leisure before signing it, instead of being in front of someone and have that awkward moment between us. Any questions I needed answer I could call or email my apartment agent. Who was very knowledgeable for his job, thank you Shawn. The agents were very pleasant and friendly, made me feel welcome. If I could put zero stars I would. Towed my car 10 days after I moved in while I was out of state seeing my husband off on his deployment. When i asked then what happened they said my car was towed due to expired plates. My tabs were in the mailbox which i didnt have access to yet due to just moving in. He also said it wasn't their job to notify tenants of their car getting towed. This was the same worker that i sat and signed a lease with 2 weeks prior. He knew we were out of state dual military. My car was also broken into while i was there. The maintenance is horrible. They all just rove

Where to even begin?? The only word that comes to mind when I think of this place is greedy. If they can charge you for something, they will. On top of old outdated apartments will less then reliable plumbing, they charge $40 extra a month for a washer dryer that hooks up to a KITCHEN SINK and a dryer that is so weak, it takes 5 hours to dry a half load of laundry. Even the tech guy told me the dryer was "less then average" Curtains and thermostat break often and the matinence team either takes 7 days to show up or they can't "fix" it and have to call someone else. My only complaints are that sometimes maintenance takes some reminding to get things fixed, but they're all incredibly friendly and have never made me feel anything but comfortable.
My biggest complaint is the outside noise, the trash guys wake me up three times a week around 5:30-7am on the 2 trash days here, plus dumpster day at the strip mall across the street. The washer and dryer is also a noise factor if you share that wall. If you can't get an upstairs unit, I highly recommend only getting a unit that doesn't have the trash cans or washer and dryer butted up against your bedroom

Customer Service through the roof! Leasing office always ready and willing to help...got my lease with Jovonne over 6 months ago and he remembers my name and unit every time he see's me awesome guy!
Apartments are spacious I have a 1 bdrm and its more than enough space for me and guest if they decide to come over they accept any size dog for a small pet rent like $25 not bad at all!
They have a great common area nice pool, gym, tvs, grill area, and lots of space for the dogs to run around

I've lived at Park Towne for just over a year and it has been fantastic. The staff at the leasing office are always so helpful and willing to go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Any maintenance issues I've had had always been dealt with in a quick and professional matter. The apartment complex itself is in a very convenient location. It's next to Little Creek base and right across from East Beach strip mall. The best part is they just built state-of-the-art amenities including an outdoor pool, bbq area and a small fitness center.
