At Crowne Chase, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.

I don't know why this place insists on doing their mowing and leaf blowing at 8am. If you thought it might be nice to have a window open in the spring or summer (and apparently mid November??) too bad because they have lawn maintenance guys out like 3 times a week either mowing, weed whacking, or leaf blowing. Just all the time it never stops. This could be a relatively quiet and peaceful place to live if they didn't insist on constantly mowing grass that hasn't even grown a centimeter since the last time it was mowed. I looked out once when it was raining and this guy was out there leaf blowing

Today was moveout day for me and it was definitely a sad day. I had a great experience living in the Crown Chase apartments in Overland Park. Lived there for three years and never had a problem. Maintenance was always great and I really loved the layout of my three bedroom. I'm always recommending Crown Chase to people looking for a a step up but still affordable apartment experience. Hopefully I'll be back again someday

Pretty good apartments. Don't have much to complain about. Some nice things:
- Google Fiber internet service
- easy to walk to Indian Creek trail; Quivira Park is across the street & Stoll Park (w/ a dog park and a "lake")
- quite a few good restaurants in Stoll Park Center
- interior is in pretty good shape; not brand new or particularly luxurious, but the 1br at least has a really nice open layout
- pool and gym are nice to have but again not particularly luxurious
The ONLY complaint I have from living here is that trash is not picked up at each apartment building. There's a compactor on

I have lived at Crowne Chase for over 3 years and love it here! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient. It's so close to everything. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well maintained, safe, and affordable place to live.

I have lived here for over 2yrs and have been very impressed with this property's prompt attention to details and kindness. However, I recently came across a situation that sets them (Ashley Dow) apart.
I was working out in California and left some very important certified documents in my apartment . I was able to get hold of Ashley early in the morning and told her my situation. Even though it was 25 degrees BELOW zero and she was in the middle of a blizzard. She hiked to my apartment, grabbed my documents and then overnighted them to me. She was a true savior for me and shows she takes pride

Moving in the middle of the holidays was stressful for me but with Ashely’s and Priscillas help they made the whole process easy. It was a gain weight lifted off my shoulders. I love my new place and how nice it is. Mins from work and with plenty of places to eat around the area. The place makes you feel right at home and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to move. Thanks Crown Chase for the amazing place.

I’ve been at CC for over a year, the management staff is wonderful! Leisha, Sherri, Pricilla and Joe are always helpful and professional. I’ve been very happy with my choice. The apartments are the largest for the money in OP and a great value. Older apartments but updated. I’d like to have a fireplace and more parking spots, otherwise, I’m very happy here.

I lived in Crowne Chase for two years, it’s just a perfect place! The location is great and close to everything around, the apartment got every amenity that one can need, a big space, and a very thoughtful design with nice views around the buildings. The maintenance team are just so responsive and react fast, and the management team are so friendly. After moving out I still miss it and would definitely go back there if I had a second chance to go to Kansas again.

My husband and I are so happy to be tenants here. Everything about Crowne Chase is awesome. The staff and the maintenance team are great. When Chelsea gave us a tour & it immediately felt like home. Being new to Kansas, Crowne Chase was definitely a great way to start. Everything is so close! I would really recommend it here !

10/10 would rent again if I were planning on renting! Good sized apartments, not fancy, but exactly what you need. The staff is helpful and kind and always remembers your name. The grounds staff is always working, and does a great job!
The only downside is the parking. It is obvious these apartments were built for 1 apartment per car as they are older, and likely from a time when that was the norm... it is no longer the case.

I just have to say that this was the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The office staff is phenomenal. Sherri, Priscilla, and Jillisa go above and beyond for all their residents. Even the maintenance staff and grounds are amazing! Only had a couple work orders and they were taken care of same day. Everyone is always so cheerful! I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone. The staff here and the apartments themselves are amazing. The location to grocery and shopping centers is perfect too!!
