All apartments are professionally painted and cleaned. At the end of the redecoration process, the carpets will be cleaned if they are not being replaced. We do an inspection after the prior move-out to determine what needs to be repaired, and a follow-up inspection after work has been completed in the unit to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Clean apartments, great location, easy access to restaurants and highway 96 and 254. The exercise room is handy and well equipped, and the office helps by taking care of any packages and mail the residents receive. The main downfall is the gas stoves. We love using the gas stove, but we have to open all the windows and turn on fans every time we use the oven. Otherwise the fire alarms go off, the office had the gas company check it out, but the only solution is to let in fresh air.

For $900 a month you would expect some quality, however you can get the same for half the monthly cost somewhere else. This is not the neighbors, but the lack of sound insulation between the apartments. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbors conversations, and everything else they are doing. I’ve see better quality in military barracks. The staff is great and friendly! The neighbors are friendly.
Overall it’s not a bad place, just a little too expensive for the quality of the apartments.

This apartment community is outstanding. Very prompt on maintenance requests, fun activities events sometimes, friendly staff, pool, cleanliness etc. Its a quiet place and most of the essential amenities are nearby. The only small thing that is missing would be some dedicated kids play area which would definitely be helpful for the small children and parents who cannot take the kids out everyday.

By far the best apartment with the best staff in Wichita. My family and I were displaced from a fire and and once I met Wendy and saw Stoney Pointe, I was set on living here. Wendy and her team do such an amazing job trying to keep residents happy and to help in any way they can. The apartments are beautiful and safe. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

This apartment complex has the best management!. Everyone is super nice and very attentive!. Chris and Roxi are who we have primarily worked with and have amazing customer service skills.
Also have to give a shout out to the maintenance and ground keeping crews. The landscaping visual appearance of the property is impeccable and I always see them out working!. Thanks so much for making our experience such a great one.
