Services
The pet fee is $300 - $400 per pet (2 max per apartment) along with a monthly pet rent of $15 - $25 per pet. Breed restrictions do apply; however, there is no weight limit. Our rents include cable, high speed internet and washer/dryer in every apartment home. However, the property does offer an all-inclusive package that will allow for you to include the electricity and water and sewer.

The Country Park Apartments at Tall Oaks are the best apartment complex in Greensboro because I checked out all others in the area! One of my favorite features is the built in Wi-Fi and cable! Any package delivery comes to my door or usps is in a locker below my mailbox. I chose a third floor apartment and thoroughly enjoyed stepping on to my porch everyday for this view! The apartments are set down a hill so it is quiet from traffic and I honestly didn’t hear my neighbors hardly at all. I didn’t have a pet but I enjoyed seeing the neighbors out at the pet park! We have lived at Country Park for three years and it has been a very pleasant three years! They take pride in keeping the grounds nice. It’s a small tight knit community and all the residents here are very friendly. It’s a great/safe location. It’s close to a lot of shops, activities and parks. The head of maintenance Joe is the absolute best. He takes concerns serious and goes above and beyond and resolves issues promptly sometimes within a few hours when an issue is submitted. The leasing staff has shifted a few times since we moved in but the manager Jennifer has been there since we moved

This place is a joke, and I wouldn't advise anyone to move here unless you want to deal with foolishness. If the complex has to do something that involves you having to move your vehicle, they will get it towed at your expense if you don't move it in a timely manner. This is ridiculous especially for those who work 3rd shift such as myself and get up later in the day. There are never any parking spots available unless it's at the front office which then leads to you having to walk a long way in order to get to your unit. Also if you have children of younger ages I wouldn't consider this community

Do not live at this complex. The community manager Jennifer Rhodes has a unprofessional attitude towards her tenants of the property. There are never any parking spaces available for tenants to park in front of their unit. With that being said, if there is ever any work done such as paving or seal coating on the property, your car will be towed at your expense. This is unfair due to not having a designated parking space to begin with. The company they go with charges $220 just to get your vehicle out. When explaining the concern to Jennifer as to how there wasn’t a parking spot for me to park

We’ve lived here for close to a year now & have loved it! Everyone on staff is really friendly & helpful. Work orders have all been fulfilled the day of the request. The grounds are very clean & feel safe. Location is also super convenient! We did our research before choosing this complex, so if you’re looking for an apartment in the Greensboro area, this is by far the best.

I have lived here since the beginning; going on 3 years. The property and surrounding area is very nice. Management and staff are top notch. Every single work order has been handled within a 24 hour turn around. The only negative is the availability of parking spots late at night. I don't see a plausible solution to the late night parking and it doesn't personally affect me much. I would suggest that if this is a concern of yours, rent a apartment towards the front of the complex.

Phenomenal location. Close to fresh market, a short drive from Friendly. Quick access to the highway. The Science Center is a turn away. Beautiful and tucked away with a staff that keeps on giving. Food trucks have been brought by to help support the small businesses and help keep things a little more positive around here. Couldn't possibly be any happier with the decision to move here!
