Presta has a huge nasty attitude and so does higher management. They’re customer service skills are terrible. Presta never seems to know anything , she ignores you if you ask her something she doesn’t know, she gives you a blank stare as if she having a seizure or something. Things were so much better with Charity. They don’t want to fix anything. Space is small no where to store things. Not to mention they have moldy mildew apartments and not willing to fix it but expect someone to move to another unit and our more money. Would not recommend!!! No cap!!

I have lived here for a year ; when I first moved here I loved everything the staffing the community everything ! As the year has gone by the staffing has changed and so did attitudes presca in the office had a funky attitude and she doesn’t say much when you need something done unless you ask her a couple times. She hung up on me numerous times, I have had mold and mildew growing in my apartment and I’m being forced to moved to another apartment with higher rent. I asked could my rent be accommodated to what I pay now they said no because it’s not the same apartment I’ve tried getting

Awesome place to stay. The staff is amazing, friendly and very professional. Highly recommend living here if your looking for a place to live. I’ve been living here for 3 years and I have nothing to complain about. I can’t leave out the maintenance crew though. They are great, fast, and their quality of work is 10/10.

The staff here is amazing, super friendly, and professional. Prisca was very polite, caring, and gave me a lot of information. The grounds are well kept, landscaping is well taken care of and you won't see trash just laying around. The website makes paying rent, making a maintenance request, and finding out information super easy. I highly recommend this property.

I’ve been apartment hunting for a few months now. I was amazed at how the property manager (Charity) approached all my questions and needs for my future apartment. After seeing some of the apartments I was ecstatic and couldn’t wait to settle into my new apartment. The floors plans would accommodate anyone looking for that perfect, cozy place to call home.
