I was pleased with the exam, & sorely disappointed that we could not have someone take 1-2 minutes to measure our PDs, all because we weren't going to get glasses there. In a time when things are so expensive & most look for ways to cut back, obtaining our glasses online is one way we can decrease our expenses. Fortunately, our old Optometrist had our PDs on file.

Dr. Carlson is probably my favorite Doctor I have ever seen! He is incredibly thoughtful & accommodating, very personable and knowledgeable in his profession. Although I definitely felt this way before this happened I had an eye emergency and he got me in within a few hours and handled the whole situation with great care… i was terrified of going out of a dark room in my home and to a brightly lit office. He handled it so thoughtfully. His whole team is amazing… I have been going here a few years now and am so grateful I was referred to him by my cornea specialist. I recommend him enthusiastically

I recommend Dr. Carlson and Gold Canyon Eye Center to anyone. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Carlson is knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to listen and explain, I never feel rushed. It is rare to find any kind of Dr. office where you don't just feel like a "number" among many others. I don't feel this way at Gold Canyon Eye Center. It reminds me of the type of Dr. office's I grew up with in my small town in the Midwest. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and this office, you will not be disappointed!

LOVE Dr Chang & her team! They offer the BEST service & selection of frames for my family! We no longer live in Gold Canyon but we refuse to leave her so we drive 30 min for our appts. And she actually cares about her patients; a nice change from our rushed medical world!! Thank you for your excellent care!!

The Dr reached out to me personally to discuss the status of my glasses. He was genuine and sincere in apologizing in behalf of the lab. He rose to the occasion and made it right. The glasses came in and I was extremely impressed on how they turned out. It was about time I could see clearly out of glasses. Thanks guys for all your help!
