A complete eye exam consists of a series of tests to evaluate your vision and to check for any ocular health issues. Our comprehensive eye examination includes: complete medical and ocular history, glaucoma screening, visual field screening, visual acuities, retinoscopy, ophthalmoscopy, biomicroscopy, refraction and slit lamp exam.
We believe that the lenses that you choose are even more important than the frames you select. That's why we offer the best lenses and lens treatments available today. After receiving the prescription and recommendations from our Doctors, our knowledgeable optician will use that information to help you select from the wide variety of options, including thinner and lighter weight lenses, safer lenses, coatings and more.

My first visit was in August. At that time I had an eye exam with Dr. Warner, my exam was great I couldn’t ask for a better Dr. At that time I ordered 3 pair's of glasses I also paid extra for the best lenses. I chose my frames. The optical center of the lenses was marked and measurements taken by Elizabeth. When the first pair came in I went to pick them up and told Elizabeth they didn't fit. She made an adjustment and I left. I never thought I could see great with these glasses. I had headaches most days, and felt dizzy or clumsy when moving fast. I came back in a few times and she made adjustments

Dr. Jones and staff are spectacular! We came here a couple years ago and have been anxious about finding healthcare providers we like. Well, we are very fortunate to have found Dr. Jones. Pricing was comfortable, the staff is was friendly and inviting. Dr. Jones is very professional, personable and she explains what and why she is doing something and it's significance. I cannot recommend this place higher! I've had vision care needs my whole life and have had eye care specialist from N.Y. to Atlanta to Queen Creek and they are the best!
Dr. Brittany Warner was the most thorough Doctor I've had and their equipment is state of the art!
Brittany was detailed and extremely friendly in her care and explanation of what was being reviewed. Truly a great experience all around and the best place for eye care for sure!

Great experience and actually to most informative visit I have ever had at an optometrist. Very pleased and can't wait for my new glasses! Also never had anyone help me find frames before and it was so helpful.....usually have to wander around picking out frames and going back and forth but she pulled several frames and I found one I loved quickly.

Unhappy with service and glasses. I purchased a pair of glasses from CLASIK and had problems with the quality of the glasses. Within a week I had taken the glasses back because the lens fall out. They fix and it happened again within a week. At this point they weren't going to help fix the glasses but the doctor intervened and told then to get the glasses fixed. Next time they decided to send the glasses back to the manufacture and I went back to wearing my old glasses for the next 2 weeks. When I received the glass back this time they broke that very day! I have had enough and took my prescription

Nice people who seem to know what they're doing. The assistant used all the cool eye machines on me. The doctor did all the usual doctor tests. I found some cool frames for my everyday eyewear and bought sun glasses in different frames. Love them both. I had a bit of a problem with the reading part of the sun glass lenses that they couldn't fix by tilting the glass a little so they replaced the lenses for free. Easy peasy! I'll return for my next pair in a year or two. Oh and COVID wise, they all wear masks, they sanitize a lot (even asked me to wash my hands before they started

Had trouble since the first time I made a call. They scheduled me the wrong day and had to wait a week to get another appointment. I came in told them I wanted contacts, they sent me home with some trials said they would call me when the rest came in... I never got a call I had to call in my self and ask if my stuff was in and they told me it had been there for about three days now.. I was then told at my first visit I would have no out of pocket cost for the contacts because I have an astigmatism in both my eyes and due to it being a medical condition the insurance would pick up everything! My entire family recieved our glasses and prescription here before and after the new ownership. I absolutely love the new owners. They are very patient and took extra time with my 6 year old to make her feel comfortable.
My only qualm is that my initial visit with the previous owners I purchased expensive warranties that were not transferred over to the new owner. Which I understand is the preference of the new owner. They did do their best to try to offer something. I just wish I didnt spend over $400 on warranties when the previous owner knew they were leaving.

I called as a new patient to make an appointment for myself and my family. I was greeted on the phone by Amber who asked if she could place me on hold after I told her my situation. I agreed to wait...she then hung up on me. I called back and instead of a greeting, I immediately got asked to hold. Five minutes passed, then 10...at 15 mins without a word from her about needing more time or just checking up on me in general, I hung up. I'm surprised so many people rate this office highly when it seems you can't even get an appointment from the front desk.

The previous 'owner' optometrist was not good at all. I was never going back until I was notified that the practice had been purchased by these two new doctors. This morning, I have an eye emergency. I called the office and went through the robo menu getting to an option to notify them if I have an emergency. I left my message and immediately received a text telling me to call again during regular business hours OR return the text with an outline of my problem (my phone is 12 years old and does NOT allow return texts). Veterans (and everyone) beware. If I could give this business less than zero stars, I would. It takes Herculean efforts to get the Department of Veterans Affairs to approve me getting eyecare close to my home. I finally got it done. Tricare called Clasik Vision with the authorization. I was originally scheduled for 530PM on a Tuesday. Clasik Vision staff called me a week out and said that time did not work for the doctor and asked if I would come in the day prior (Veterans day as it happened). This place is amazing!! Staff was great, getting an appointment was easy and fast. Paperwork I did online before the appointment, Dr. Jones and her tech were knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. The team really stepped up. I was initially dissatisfied with some of the service, but the owner called me directly and they have been working with me ever since.They rescreened my eyes and are looking at all alternatives for different lenses but have assured me that I will get a full refund if they cant find a solution. They have also changed my lenses to the correct ones and I could not be more pleased.

Only office I could get my daughter in the same week, most were at least 3 week wait- too long to go without glasses. Definitely will be back. Dr. and the tech were kind and helped my daughter feel at ease. Jody in the front was amazing. She helped us understand our insurance benefits and helped us utilize them in the best way possible. When I order contacts I often miss out on the large rebates because I either forget to send off for them or it's too confusing. The main desk was a mess of disarray. I even mentioned that it looks like they need more room. They said a new desk & shelves were to come. This satisfied me but walking into the actual exam room made me realize the whole office was a mess.
