Very unprofessional money hungry complex. I reached out to this complex on the search for a new home. I spoke with someone who advised they had one unit available, she provided me the information before closing at the end of the day and told me to look over it and I would have until the next day before the afternoon to let her know if I wanted it. I contacted the complex the very next MORNING and someone else had advised that the apartment I was offered had been rented out because this person came in the office that morning with a cash offer. I’ve been here a year. Lovely environment, wonderful neighborhoods. However the management team is terrible. I explained to them that we might be dealing with mold in December. They assumed it wasn’t and no one was sent out to check on such a hazardous issue.I came back again in March stressing the same matter they sent someone to clean, however the mold kept coming back. Now the reason we did not continue to reach out was because my family and I had been cleaning the spots up as they appear, however it is saddening that this was not addressed by the front over, and no professional was sent

I have been living at Amberleigh Ridge Apartments going on 3 yrs now. I love living here. The staff is amazing. If you have an issue, it is resolved same day if possible. This community is safe and everyone is so considerate and friendly! If you are looking for an amazing and safe place to live, come check us out!

We have been living here about 3 months. The touring of the property and lease signing was so easy. The staff is very friendly and will speak to you every time you pass. The maintenance staff came within hours of making a request for service.
Because I'm so darn fat :) I'm still trying to get used to parking so far away and that I have to walk up three flights but I love, love, love the high ceiling that compensates for being on the top floor and I am sure that eventually the exercise will pay off. But I am so happy living here!!!

I've been living in apartments for 10+ years and I can honestly say this is the best I've lived in yet. The rooms are affordable for the amount of space and amenities you receive. The staff is so friendly and professional, they really make you feel welcomed. The pool and fire pit give you a good option for fun right outside your front doorstep. They are pet friendly and the additional cost of an animal is great! When I moved in my place was spotless and everything worked as expected. Built in washer dryer which is also awesome. I've only had to request maintenance one time and they came the same

Moved from buckhead, GA to this apartment for one month.
Is it overpriced? A little compared to nearby apartments.
Is it really that fancy and luxury? Lived in luxury apartments in Buckhead and familiar with luxury ones in Silicon Valley, I think it is not impressive at all.
But one has to be fair, I think this is quite good in Chattanooga, if one's wish is live at a good apartment in convenient location.
Things I want to point out
1. Drop and pick-up dry clean:
Leasing office claimed it has this. But when I tried to use it, I was told they don't have an associated dry cleaner and thus cannot
