Horrible place to live. Full of roaches, infested. Therefore, we had to do our best effort to exterminate them. We had to fix the closets, patio gate door. Fix the doors trying to avoid the roaches to come in after the treatment we had to pay from our pockets. Poor maintenance, service requests constantly ignored. While been at the office, they recognize the phone numbers and simply don't answer the calls. Be aware that whenever the trash is picked. There might be worms around.. I noticed two, picture below of the last one. Ohh, and last but no least all the amazon packages were "delivered" but

It’s a decent complex. Nice grounds. Big pools. Although the complex has a secure drop box for packages but it’s unclear as to which packages go to that or which get dropped at your door. If the package gets dropped at your door be prepared to spend some time with customer service because it will get stolen.

I just applied at this complex. Edd was running that office like a pro all on his own. He was multitasking with the many applicants that kept coming in and calling while we were there. Finding an apartment in this area is hard right now, he walked us through the process and helped us apply right then.

The AC in my unit stopped working once a week (every sunday night) for 2 straight months this summer. The app you have to use for doing your laundry will have long load times so you will be standing in the laundry room waiting for it to load before you can pay to wash/dry your clothes. The maintenance staff has talked back to me, threatened me, and hung up on me during phone calls on multiple occasions since I first moved in, and the Scottsdale Gateway staff refuses to accept any responsibility for the incomprehensibly poor and unbelievably rude maintenance staff. Maintenance refused to replace
