Great apt complex - well kept community, nice layouts, and apt interiors. Terribly incompetent property manager, fails to fulfill the agreed upon contract, and allows tenets causing noise disruptions to go on without corrective action - for years. Multiple healthcare colleagues have chosen to move as a result of chronic noise disturbances and lack of corrective, common sense, actions to non-compliant tenets. For anyone with a demanding career, I cannot recommend living at this apt complex given the lack of common courtesy from the managerial staff. It is a shame to see people emphasize profit over

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the manager to the representatives, these are expensive apartments and for what your paying you should at least be treated with respect. I lived here for over a year and had a lot of unresolved issues.

Been in the complex for 5 months now, Management/leasing/maintenance staff all great and quick to help with anything. One star deducted for the poor overall quality of the build. Very little sound deadening, the cabinetry is designed in a way where 25% of it is unusable. Twice now the less than 2 year old AC system has gone out, I’ve had leaks under my door and from windows from water/rain, water drain / main lines leaking causing ceiling damage and water getting into my car in a paid garage. Microwave go out completely and need a replacement.

Mr. Bohannon reached out to me to address my apt unit issues and the unpleasantry I had with one of the management staff. He demonstrated to me he genuinely cares about his residents' experience and assured me that this is what his company is striving for.
The broken ice maker in my fridge has been replaced with new ice maker, and Heather the community manager has reached out to me to follow up which was nice of her.
I just wish I did not have to go through all the ordeal to have this positive outcome. I will update this review one more time toward the end of my lease to leave a final

I really like it here! It's more of a young professionals type of place, which is great because I don't want to deal with college parties. I love the kitchen! It has such a nice arrangement. I have a 750 sq ft apt one bedroom and it has everything I would want. Well maybe it would be nice to have a balcony, but with El Paso heat maybe it@/ better this way. If you're a woman you'll love the walk in closet! And the gym is spectacular! Has everything I need for now. People at the front desk are friendly, and the few work requests (light bulbs shutting down mainly) have been fixed

I would have to say these are hands down the best apartments in El Paso. We lived in quite a few different complexes all over but these were my favorite.
Like any apartment complex it isn't perfect, you'll have flaws anywhere you go.
The apartment itself is great, well insulated, the only way I could really hear side by side neighbors is if they were being super loud. I did notice the soundproofing through the floors/ceilings was the worst. I could hear my downstairs neighbors and I assume they heard us just as well, which is pretty weird.

The place is centric. It’s always clean and quiet. Management is friendly and maintenance is quick to repair any issue. Pet friendly and neighbor friendly. The gym is a plus along with the pool and grilling areas. I saw a review from the same person giving this place a 1 star review under different accounts with the same review post 🤣. This person must really have plenty of time on their hands. Recommend. Many military neighbors, how can you not feel safe.

My husband and I lived here for almost two years and we loved it! Never had any problems with upstairs neighbors being “too loud”, and the girls in the office are awesome. We never felt mistreated here; and when we moved out, we didn’t get charged anything! We were sad to go but the apartment complex is so popular, my husband and I couldn’t get a bigger apartment in time for our growing family. We would move back in a heartbeat!

Due to my career I have always been from apartment to apartment in multiple cities and this complex has been my best experience from beginning to end by far. Moving in was a breeze and the staff was always more than helpful and enjoyable to speak to at anytime. The amenities from the pool house, gym and things to do nearby were also great. Any maintenance ever needed were handled immediately. My move out was just as easy as my move in. I am sad to leave but if I return to El Paso I will definitely be back! thank You to all the staff who made my stay here very enjoyable.

The worst experience ever!!! I Don't recommend to anyone. We lived there for about 2 years in the same apartment, the upstairs neighbors were always loud the second year I called the office several times and they wouldn't do anything about it. when we left the apartment we didn't get our deposit back and got charged for the apartment not being clean when I paid a company to clean the entire apartment except the carpet because they told us not to clean it (I don't see how they are saying it was dirty). I never received a notice for this charges and I was sent to collections and that is what hurts

Great place to live. I lived here for a little over a year and no complaints with the property itself. Staff is great and very helpful with the exception of a condescending property manager. She is rude and short when answering questions. She does not respond to emails quickly and is dismissive. If your looking for a quiet place to live, this should be your new home. Just avoid the caddiness in the back office.

I'm writing this review after having lived here for 16 days. The place itself is new and polished. The kitchen is beautiful with the stainless steel appliances and marble counter-tops, thick carpets. I can't really hear my neighbors talk but I can definitely hear the sliding closet doors bang against the end of the sliding track. No problems as of maintenance as this place is new. Crickets do come in (I'm on the second floor) but that's probably more of an El Paso thing since it's so hot outside. The staff has been very helpful and professional but my interaction has been
