Your furry friend is welcomed in our Pear Tree Community with all our pet-friendly features such as our dog park. We have no weight limit and some breed restrictions. Breed restrictions: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf Hybrids.

Planning to move in these apartments around the beginning of next year. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff, my emails and phone calls are either answered right away or well within 24 hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to become a resident here, as I’ve had a bad experience with my current apartment complex. Apartment looks well maintained too.

I have been a resident at Pear Tree for several years and has been the best decision I have made. It is close to everything at a walk in distance. The staff is very friendly and they always take care of any issues right away. Manager Idania is always making sure the residents are taken care of and is very attentive to their needs. Maintenance is very friendly and request are done promptly. I have definitely recommended this place to family and friends.

I love the Pear Tree Apartments! Conveniently located by I-10, major shopping areas, Walmart, Home Depot, Wells Fargo, etc., and many restaurants! Management is very nice, Idania is a good manager who looks out for her residents. The neighbors are friendly, and there is a nice little dog park.

I love these apartments! Very spacious, grounds are well kept. They have great customer service from manager and even maintenance. It is also across from shopping and I-10. Highly recommend it here!!

The management is crap. AC would break all the time and i swear the people that "fix" it just use duct tape. And when you leave they tac on money saying you owe them when nothing was broke or damaged.
