Honestly, I’m not usually the type to complain about things. But I’ve had enough. Lately things have gone completely down hill, starting with the “pick up from front door” trash service they offer for the residents. So many inessential rules that make no sense. I’m constantly getting notes on my door for leaving bag #2 “beside” the trash bin when they clearly said two are allowed. Also, we’re required to take the trash can inside our home until specific hours. I already have a trash can inside the apartment. I mean yeah I could just replace the bin I already have, but the point

I was stressing about getting a place because I needed one ASAP. Denisse got back with me within a day and already had my application processed and had started the entire "move-in" process within a day. 10/10 recommend this place and the management. Denisse was SUCH a big help! She even offered to meet me after hours with the keys if I got there then. Great

I’m so grateful for them. They were the most welcoming and so so sweet. Ellie and Mary were the best. They are hilarious and you can feel their good energy as soon as you sit down. They entertained my very energetic 3 yo so I could finish everything, they really go above beyond. The apartments are very nice and the perfect amount of space for my son and I.

My husband and I lived here for our first home together after getting married, so it was supposed to be special to us- a place we would remember forever- but we are going to remember it for all the wrong reasons. If you have a pet, they require a shot record, picture of said animal, and a ridiculous amount of fees to even get the animal registered with the apartment complex. Second, the maintenance guys and women in the office DO NOT communicate with one another, which can cause breeches of privacy.
