I had a very positive experience with the property manager Carrie. I have lived here for 3 years. I have not had communication from the office previous to this manager. Manager before was always in office with door shut and very rude. This manager takes the time to hear the problems I am having and even called me back once issues were taken care of. I appreciate the care. The apartments have been looking a lot cleaner and the office seems to be open more. Seems that great changes are happening and I love the positive changes.

Albert Garcia did an amazing job restoring my apartment! After I moved in noticed the bathrooms were dirty, fire alarms were hanging from ceiling, the dish washer was rusted and and a lot of other things. I was upset, especially given how much I pay for rent. Albert did a spectacular job of correcting the problems and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. He was respectful and understanding. Albert is definitely a 5 star employee!

Have dealt with many apartments in trying to find somewhere to settle and by far have been treated best and felt most comfortable here. With what seems a lot going on he still was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Took extra time to point out things we felt important to us and made comparisons which related our situation with his own, and even made sure to include our son in the conversation during our tour.

I never have posted a review but I felt this complex deserved praise. I have lived here for a few years and we have been through a few managers. Not 1 time did I see the manager out picking up trash. This new manager has really cleaned the property up. I am actually seeing some great changes happening the last couple of months I also have noticed that when I call the office, I get a live person. I see the gates being worked on and the entire place is just looking so much better! Keep up the good work Sheridan Park and you will have a long time resident here!

I just want to be clear that this negative review is about the customer service we received.
We had help from a woman named Randy who talked to us about the whole application process which got denied. That part is fine but what bothered me was the agent going around in circles instead of just saying it got denied.
She sent us to rental relations and when we called them they couldn’t give us a status only the leasing office could. When I called back 3 minutes later Randy conveniently changed her name to Carrie as if I didn’t know who she was then went off to say we never actually asked for

I received wonderful assistance from Charlie Vargas on the maintenance team for a ticket I submitted! He reviewed the problem, knew exactly what to do, explained why it was occurring and had me test once the work was completed to confirm I was happy with it! Great work!
I am updating this as I want to give kudos to Albert Garcia for his amazing work ensuring our breezeway floors are sparklingly clean and the external walls and ceilings in this area were cleared of dirt and debris which helps prevent unwanted pests! He is very professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job!
