I have been a resident for over 14 years and I have dealt with new office staff and I couldn't be more happier with the staff we have now. Becky is like my daughter and she has the biggest heart when it comes to our concerns, she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are always happy. I just recently renewed my lease and she was very patient with me and showed me step by step on how the online system works. Every time I call the office she is always so full of energy and she just brightens my day. I look forward to staying here just when we had decided to get a house we look forward to staying

My husband and I lived here for 3 years now and we really appreciate the leasing office and staff. We recently had an issue and everyone from the office helped 1000% and was very polite about it. I would recommend this complex. Front staff and maintenance are very responsive and we are so grateful for that!

My new apartment at Talavera is simply amazing !! Christina was my leasing agent. She was so efficient, helpful and pleasant ! She made my application process so easy and smooth. It was a joy to work with her and finally meet her!
I was also welcomed to Talavera by Becky who was just as friendly, professional and helpful. And I met Kisha who came immediately when I requested help with a small maintenance question. Kristina is such an amazing leasing consultant!! She was more than happy to provide me with so much helpful information and made me feel comfortable and excited to move into my new home. This apartment community is so beautiful and peaceful to live in. It's super nice and clean. Other apartment communities are not as nice as this one. Especially the staffing to apartments, it's very hard now a days to find such a great staff that works in the office to the nice apartment communities. Talavera, however has the most amazing staff, all staff members are super amazing, kind, friendly, and very super helpful!

Talavera is really a Great apartment community to live in. The surroundings and environment are beautiful. But, what really makes it so special is the Great Team that they have working here. The office staff is amazing. In particular Kristina with whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with the most. She is professional, friendly, kind-hearted, very intelligent with regards to the property, always has a smile on her face (even through the face mask) and is such a pleasure to be around. The maintenance staff is “Off The Charts”! Rey & Keisha go about their business relative to their work orders

Moved into an apartment here 2 months ago and it was a very smooth experience. Sergio from the leasing office is very professional and friendly, and he answered all my questions throughout the application and move in process. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and appeared to be newly remodeled.
There were a couple of times recently when the water had to be turned off (a few hours each day) to fix a plumbing issue for the complex, but email and paper notices were sent out before each time.
Overall I've been quite happy here and the apartment fits my needs perfectly.

I wish I could give negative stars. This complex is running down since I've lived here and even at the beginning there were multiple miscommunication errors by the front, honestly I feel like they do not care about your wellbeing or safety; just profit. There are drug dealers who live here, drug addicts walking around, shootings apparently now too- joy, police calls constantly for domestic violence and other disturbances, the gates didn't work for months so anyone can walk in and out because ...you guessed it... ABSOLUTELY NO CAMERAS OR SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TAKEN. You will be approached

The front office is always extremely responsive and kind. They call and email in regards to all maintenance requests, and take the time to ask how each service has been. Sarah has been very helpful this last year, and is always quick to respond to any questions I have. Victoria is also such a ray of sunshine! She appears to know everyone by name, and is always very enthusiastic when I see her! The moment my wife and I drove onto the property, I knew in my gut this was our new home. From the lush vibe of the landscaping to the Neo-classical desert colors and features, Broadstone Talavera stands head and shoulders above other Las Vegas apartment communities. We moved into a "classic" unit with older appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, but we couldn't be happier with the friendly and professional staff (Sarah and Ana are wonderful), great floor plans, updated floors, carpet, and paint, the flood of natural lighting and a small community vibe.

The Security Is a Joke
The police have been to Broadstone Talavera at least 4-5 times within a 3 week time period and the ambulance at least 2 times...all for one resident. Each time the police are called, they stay about 20 minutes or so. During this time, the crying and/or screaming by this resident continues. Broadstone Talavera doesn't appear to be doing anything about this.
Broadstone Talavera claims they added to their security patrol for greater visibility, but I've seen no signs of any security patrol within the last year.

Same as the other review, if I could leave negative stars, I would. Just the worst customer service--no one is ever available at ANY time, it's almost a joke. Maintenance is terrible, would always say theyre busy but doesn't seem like anything gets done around property anyway.. we have to call MULTIPLE times to have something fixed but so quick to charge when something is damaged.

We searched and searched and searched until we found this diamond. Our FIRST lease was for the two bedroom loft -- AMAZING! The unit was serene and gave us the "creative studio" we longed for. As the end of our lease approached, we became a bit worried, not wanting to leave the complex and then we stumbled across a three bedroom but only had a week to complete the transaction and three days to move in. I must tell you...Ana, Britney, Sarah, Victoria, and Denny not only busted tail to get things done, but they did it with integrity and unparalleled professionalism -- not once skipping

I totally agree with all these 1 star reviews. All the things that people have posted are true. Do not even think about renting here. The tenants are total trash, disrespectful, loud, do not keep their dogs on a leash. And do not pick up after their dogs!! No respect for good hard working decent people who actually have jobs and go to work. As I write this review I am listening to a dog cry and bark for hours coming from the building next to mine. I pay on time every single month and if I complain to the so-called management NOTHING is done. The staff in the office is rude and not helpful at all

Besides the water being off several times this year without warning now trash is everywhere and no one does anything till I call and complain. Now y'all know after the trash comes they make a mess, be proactive and clean it up.
Why'd the water bill double this month??? Because you improperly maintain the sprinkler/sewer system and have yet another leak, should I be punished for that???? I definitely haven't used more water, in fact I was on vacation for a week this month, meaning I used less water.

This is my update to my once 5 star reviews. This place has hit an all time low. I am afraid walking outside my apartment at night now to walk my dog. They are now allowing pitbulls to move in and the owners are not responsible dog owners. I was chased by a pitbull off the leash trying to attack my dog. Luckily we were able to run up the stairs as soon as the dog owner ran to catch it. I screamed you can't have pitbulls here. I did get his picture the next day while the dog was on a leash this time. I sent an email to Sarah the manager with no response yet. They are also forcing disabled

Extremely dirty place, police showing here every week due another problem in the community, we have got at least 5 packages stolen already (in 6 months from our front door).
Administration is extremely negligent addressing any issue, if you report a basic situation like cleaning it can take up to a week for them to act, (off course that single time) so it seems that your responsibility is to report every week what is wrong in the community for somebody to actually care about it,

We moved here in September of 2015 and broke broke our lease in May 2016. This review is a little late, but it is accurate.
The curb appeal of the community is normally good. It is very attractive to look at and the pools look great. The community has some great people living in and my wife and I loved the location and the layout of our loft apartment.
Unfortunately, the loft apartment was also the first mistake we made there. The problem is that they only have 1 air vent upstairs which means the loft (which is the master bedroom) is always a minimum of 20 degrees hotter than the main level

This apartment complex is nice but for the money that you pay, you would think they would have a better looking fitness room with equipment that works and is upgraded. I stepped onto the treadmill to do a run and the belt is loose and I nearly fell off the machine. There are no weights in there that are at least decent, old carpeting and worn out machines.
Come on Broadstone.. you have a nice location, great apartments, very friendly staff but for the price you pay, you need to provide a better fitness facility for those who like myself, enjoy getting in an early morning or late night workout
