The 2 stars are for the office staff...they are amazing!! But hope that nothing ever breaks in your apartment!! They replaced my broken refrigerator with a scratched & dented one, scuffed the kitchen floor, and didn't move my food from the brokento the "new.". They fixed the toilet, but soaked my bathroom rug & left a puddle on the bathroom floor. After 2 attempts they still have not fixed my bathroom sink drain. A place that charges this much rent should have competent maintenance!

People should be stumbling over each other trying to rent an apartment here. I have bounced in and out of slumlord ran duplexes here in Lincoln for years and years. When I finally had enough and switched to apartments, the first apt. was a disaster. Tried it again at this complex. Every single staff member here rocks. Every rule they have sticks. No pet waste anywhere. Lots of insulation. Sound barrier walls. Cleaning crew in and out quickly. Now if only they'd get that hot tub running again :).

I loved staying at Pinebrook! I needed an apartment for a long-term contract and had to arrange everything remotely. They made the process very easy and smooth. The apartment was perfect for someone from Florida who arrived in Lincoln in December 2018. The garage and gas fire place were life savers for me!! Spacious apartment with new carpet and new washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly and professional. The maintenance team responded quickly to requests. I would stay there again!!

I love living at Pinebrook! My family and friends think it is just perfect for me. It is pet friendly, which was number one on my list. I have a spacious apartment and a large attached garage. I was in Nevada when I rented my apartment. Laura and Amanda went over the top in helping me get my place. Maintenance is very good when needed, they show up the same day or the very next day.. Everyone on staff are wonderful. Pinebrook is close to a Post Office, lots of stores for shopping and many eateries. I hope to live at Pinebrook for a very long time!
