The Pilates Workshop of Nashville offers classical Pilates programs for all fitness levels that are tailored to fit individual needs and personal goals. These programs are designed to improve your posture, your back health, your flexibility and overall strength, and your everyday movements in all aspects of your life.

Joseph H. Pilates fused the best aspects of Eastern and Western exercise disciplines. From the East, he borrowed the philosophies of contemplation, relaxation, and mind/body connection. From the West, he borrowed an emphasis on muscle tone and strength, endurance, and intensity of movement.

The Pilates Workshop is centrally located in the Student Activities Center of Lipscomb College in the Green Hills area. We offer private/semi-private training on classical Pilates equipment and mat classes, yoga and group sessions. You will find our studio to be a peaceful place to visit, where you can pay full attention to balancing and strengthening your body.
Get personal attention at an affordable rate with our Small Group Training. These sessions are formed in groups of 3 ($30 per person) to 4 ($25 per person). We offer a variety of options including classical mat pilates, cardio, strength, core and flexibility. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can help.
The Pilates Workshop has Gift Certficates for purchase. If you know someone who loves Pilates or who you think would benefit from having better balance, more strength and deeper breathing, then consider giving the gift of good health. Gift certificates are good for up to one year after date of purchase and can be used for Mat Classes or Private Classes.
