Absolute Pilates offers classical Pilates instruction targeted to the individual needs and goals of each client. Our instructors are classically trained and are committed to helping each client improve posture, gain strength and increase flexibility. We incorporate the principles of Pilates; breathing, centering, concentration, control, flow, and precision into every class and session.

Services
Pilates is an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century that caters to every body type, age and fitness level and promotes core strength and whole body health. The Pilates Method utilizes a specific set of exercises that are performed with emphasis on precision and control rather than increased repetition.
Private Pilates sessions offer the most individualized Pilates experience. As the client, you will work one-on-one with an instructor who will guide you through a workout. Your instructor will take any injuries, weaknesses, muscular imbalances into account. You can expect your instructor to make hands-on adjustments and provide tailored cues to help you maximize each session.
Group classes are a combination of Mat Pilates and the Tower exercises, using the Roll Back Bar, Push Through Bar, Leg Springs and Arm Springs. The Tower exercises utilize springs to create resistance. Additionally, small weights, foam rollers and Pilates Magic Circles may be used to enhance your workout.
