Work one-on-one with an expert WBP Teacher to do a full fitness evaluation, set goals, and create a custom workout plan. We'll make sure you have all the support you need to achieve the results you want. Private Training is ideal for those new to Pilates and Gyrotonic, or those with injuries or other issues that may require more personal attention than available in a class setting.

Well Body Pilates incorporates classical Pilates techniques, with a contemporary, anatomy based approach. Looking to go deep and access those intrinsic muscles you didn't even know you had? Pilates is what you've been looking for. Well Body Pilates utilizes a variety of specialized equipment and mat sequences, in order to balance the body with a focus on breath, alignment, and increased articulation.

Well Body Pilates Equipment classes flow through intelligent movement sequences using spring-based resistance, to develop and strengthen deep stabilizing muscles while building a leaner, more balanced body. Well Body Pilates classes incorporate all of the Pilates equipment, so you can go beyond the Reformer and get the full benefits of Pilates.
Well Body MOVEMENT classes are designed to give you a wide range of options to make your fitness goals a reality. The focus is always on form, so you can get the results you want safely. Sweat, stretch, and sculpt your way to look and feel your best in a positive, supportive community setting. Well Body Barre combines barre techniques with Well Body Pilates principles and exercises for a unique, form-focused full body workout.
Well Body Pilates Teacher Training is a 450+ hour program, which includes full apparatus and mat training. The curriculum is rooted in the Classical Pilates Repertoire as developed by Joseph Pilates, with a contemporary, anatomy-based approach to sequencing, body mechanics, and special populations.

LOVE Well Body - both locations are great, every teacher is so friendly and cares about the students, providing support at any experience level. They have recently added classes and are adding more which makes it even more convenient. (Also worth noting that all teachers have been following CDC health/covid guidelines including temp checks/masks/distancing/sanitizing)

Well Body Pilates is the very best Pilates studio in Nashville. Elizabeth knows how to support your body in whatever way you need, be it reaching a goal, recovering from an injury or focusing on overall strength and wellness. Margaret’s classes are a blast without sacrificing form and skill. Can’t say enough good things about Well Body!

I have been taking private sessions twice a week for the past few weeks. I'm new to Pilates, but I am a life-long athlete, now in my mid-60s. Elizabeth is a thoughtful, skilled and warm instructor. My cycling coach recommended that I start Pilates to develop core strength and flexibility and reconnect to parts of my body that I have neglected. So far so good. Elizabeth's studio is attractive and well equipped. I highly recommend her.
