It's OK. Maintenence guys are great. They fixed our dishwasher and AC quickly after receiving our request. During July and August we had tons of box elder bugs get into our apartment even after they had pest control come spray. When we renewed our lease, they made us pay for internet through their "bulk rate" of $50 even though we only had to pay $30 before. We probably won't be renewing our lease when it's up again.

We have been having so many issues with this place, and we don't even live here. We applied to live here back in June of 2021, we paid about a $300 deposit to hold the apartment. We were denied due to an unknown ding on a credit check. We were told we would get that money back in 6-8 weeks via a check in the mail. That should have been end of August. We still have yet to recieve our money back. We have gone in multiple times, with promises from them to talk to upper management and give us a call back and get it resolved. We have never received a call ir any form of communication from them. Every

I've lived here for almost 2 years now (in January). Great location, the maintenance staff has been wonderful. This morning they were out early getting the walks cleared and the parking lot! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Some of the neighbors are super noisy and inconsiderate with the noise levels, but that's everywhere it seems. We've enjoyed being here.

The apartments are in a great location in Murray. The property is very dog friendly so your fur babies are welcome, along with being very family friendly. I have been a resident for almost 5 years and the property has really grown and developed nicely since than. The management is friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance men are knowledgeable and professional. Can’t see my family leaving anytime soon.

We have lived here for a month, and we are very happy. The apartment complex is clean and kept up. The maintenance guys are on top of everything, and are really good at fixing everything quickly, also they are very polite. The office staff have been very helpful with everything, very friendly, and want to make sure you are happy here, they are also very polite. My 2 year old loves to go in to the office just to say hi.

Me and my family have lived here for 1 and a half and see for it’s been very pleasant. The maintenance is always thorough and timely when it comes to things being broken. Also the staff is very understanding when it comes to you being short in rent and will gladly work something out with you. It’s been a great experience so far and I would recommend anyone looking for a good home to live here.

We moved here in August from California without knowing what anything looks like. Our move in day, Loraine and Carmen were so helpful and welcoming. We’ve had the best neighbors. We had to submit a maintenance request right before thanksgiving and they were able to come out the day before. Every time we walk in the office, we’re always greeted with smiles.

I have been a resident here for 1 in a half years. Let me tell you..... I love, love living here! I feel safe and so comfortable walking around the grounds. Maintenance does an amazing job. Carmen Thé assistant manager is hands down the best at helping you out. She is always multi tasking to make sure you feel important! Loraine is by far the best manager. You can see how she takes pride in her job. She always greets you with a smile.

This place was nice at one point, but now the place is a dump!! The place is always a mess, I had to clean the walkway to my front door, 2 bags of leaves because the yard care people blow all the leaves and stuff down the stairs and in the patios of the basement apartments,
There is a big drug problem here, drug deals, and shooting up in their cars, and nothing seems to be done to fix this major problem!!!

My husband and I lived in Clover Creek apartments for one year (July 2018 - June 2019). In many ways it was perfect - he commutes on the FrontRunner, which is a very quick (3 minute) drive from the complex. We loved the easy access to Murray Central Station and I-15. I also love how close Clover Creek is to the Jordan River Walkway, and it's not too far from Murray Park and the central area of Murray on State Street.
Our bedroom was gigantic, the biggest bedroom I have ever had in a rental, with a huge closets as well. The kitchen was quite small and we had an outdated stove and refrigerator

It would be nice if cameras were in the parking lot- In the 3 1/2 years we've been here, our vehicle has been broken into multiple times. We've also had some pretty terrible neighbors. That being said- any issues I've had have been resolved quickly with follow-up.
New management took over a few months ago and the property itself has seen some improvements. The location is convenient with I-15 and the Trax close by. Lots of dogs around the complex, so any four-legged friend would feel at home. A small "bark park" was installed last year, which is nice for socialization

I live here and love it! I had a hard time finding a place that allowed pets and they are pet friendly!!! I was in a one bedroom and then moved into the larger two bedroom. I love how much storage my apt has and there is so much parking here for my friends & family when they come over!!! I wish they had garages but the covered parking is great. I do wish that the pool was open during the winter. I love how quiet and clean it is here and it is the best location by the freeway. I have really nice people in my building and it makes me feel right at home every time I pull up after a long day. I
