Our family came for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time in Gatlinburg. The location of this hotel is awesome. About a 5 minute walk from the strip. So you don't have to worry about finding or paying for parking. The condos are cute and have a homey feel. Very clean and comfortable. You can control the heat and air like a regular hotel room. It is older but very well maintained.the mountains were so beautiful and you can have great views and get some really good pictures. We did have an issue with the cable box in the bedroom but it was okay not really a big issue.the kitchen comes with pots

This place deserves zero stars!! Spend your money elsewhere. I booked this place this month through my chase travel rewards. The day of arrival I arrived later in the evening with two small children ages 4 and 6 after a long drive. The office closes early but the reservation stated that there was no check in end time. I called the number on my reservation only to get an answering machine with no call back until the next day asking if I was still coming. The person on the phone claimed they sent two emails to me, one on the 14th and one on the 17th with check in codes. Zero emails were received

Upon arrival we were met at the front door of the room with an old stale musty odor. As we ventured into the room further we realized the pictures online were false advertising as the room was not nearly as picturesque. Moving on to the bedroom, out of force of habit we checked the bed for any bugs, the sheets were stained and had holes in them and upon carefully searching further, there was bed bugs. As if that’s not bad enough let’s add on the leaking “kitchen” sink and the half painted wall and the scratches/chipped paint on the wall from the broken head board (more like

This is our second visit here!
The location is amazing, but room 705 was awful, the bedroom smelled so bad it would wake u up thought it was the bed but it was the carpet like someone threw up then wiped it up with stinky B/O and dirty feet fabric had to get carpet powder to cover the smell as the room is none refundable so u able to go else where, the pull out couch from 1993 with burn holes in all was even worse that room bed. We spent as little time in the room as possible. I believe this will be our last stay here. The dumpster may have smelled better also the AC sounded like a rocket taking

Awesome, had a blast. Will be doing this an not hotels from now on. Saved money because we ate in. Pool was clean, hot tub felt soo good but wish it had kinda better jets, Kiddie pool was clean. They have a washer an dryer but doesn't stay open late. All the rooms was very clean, pull out couch for kids tvs in all rooms, beds was comfortable. I'm telling you check this out. It's right up the street from the mall and aquarium, walk down the strip one side come down the other an right up a hill is the condos.

Our stay July 29th 2021-08/01 2021 had , no air conditioner in the living room(condo 605) and the only attempt to fix it was sending the maintenance person up to brush the intake. Was told they would call someone and no one showed up. Went to get an update on it an the front desk the person (some guy) acted like he could care less acted like he didn't have a clue what I was talking about even though I pointed out the note the lady had written for him about it. Asked for a discount on the room due to the fact no AC and was told I would not get one. Noticed at least 1 outlet didn't even have a cover

My wife and I travel alot so were always trying to be fair and rarely ever give bad reviews. We own a few properties in west Ky and Tn so we understand the rental business well. I was very disappointed in this condo. The management was amazing and very friendly but the condo owners have neglected this particular unit. If it wasn't for being the last available unit I'd asked to move. The 1980s decor I'd lived with but the terribly stained carpets, cabinets with doors off, worn out bed and bedding that actually collapsed twice in the night (shes 150# I'm 220#), vent fan that roared horribly and sliding
