Love these apartments! My husband and I considered moving here if our house sold, just to get a feel for how we would like to live downtown. Chloe was excellent showing us around and answering our many questions. We ended up taking our house off the market, but still wish we would have been able to give these a try.

This is by far the best place I have ever lived. Deciding to live walking distance to the old city and market square was a great decision in itself, but the staff at Terminus has always made sure that we have what we need. The maintenance team has always repaired any issues that we have had in a very timely manner, and has always been very professional to my two roommates and I.

Disclaimer: I only visited this apartment complex and have not rented. I'm hoping this will save you a trip.
I visited this apartment complex with a friend in January 2014 to see about a room they had on the 9th floor. I was actually embarrassed to be there. The floor is concrete, low end appliances, strangely placed windows, walls looked like someone took a sledge hammer to them, and I was surprised the elevators made it all the way up to that floor they looked so bad. To top it off, it was a studio that does not warrant the high price tag of over $900 before utilities. I hope this review saves
