This was our first time staying here so it’s always a little scary not knowing what it will be like. I am so glad we decided to come here. It was recommended to us by friends and I will always recommend this place. We enjoy staying in cabins but with kids we like being close to the strip and things to do nearby but hotels are very crowded for a family of 5. We decided to stay here in a 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space the fireplace was very cozy and it was in great distance to everything we wanted to do! It would get 10 stars if I could! We can’t wait

We have stayed at Cherokee lodge almost every trip because we love it so much. Check in and checkout process is a breeze. Customer service is wonderful and cleanliness always exceeds expectations. Location and proximity to multiple attractions and restaurants is big for us and these condos are right in the heart of Pigeon Forge!

This is the best place to stay, it's really close to most things that you what to do in the area. The condo is very clean, but there's only one they they need to take care of is the sleeper sofa needs a upholstery cleaning very badly. But over all it was nice and this was the second time we strayed there.

Absolutely wonderful condo to stay in. They were great at letting us know when we could arrive, it was clean, and everything was fresh! The kids (and adults) loved the pool for enjoyment between adventures! I would highly recommend staying here if your coming to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Just a short drive from pretty much anything you’d want to enjoy in the area.

We took a family vacation with sister, Brothers, children, grandchildren and a couple others. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay at Cherokee! From the very start when we made the phone call to find out about the rooms and the friendliness then to walking out to return home! The rooms were clean and kept fresh, the exterior was well kept, the pool area an courtyard were very clean. All of the employees were very kind, courteous and helpful. We will definitely be returning and will also be telling others about how well Cherokee is maintained, managed and its overall operations. Thank you for allowing

Great location and amenities! Brought my family 7 years ago and we returned this year! My grands love the pool, especially the slide! Beds and furniture comfortable. Enjoyed watching sunset from balcony. We had everything we needed for our stay!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were some bugs in the bathroom. We will return again!
