Our Appleview River Resort condos near Pigeon Forge TN are located at our resort on the Little Pigeon River. Our Smoky Mountain condos can sleep up to 12 guests depending on the unit you choose. You will also have access to all of the Appleview River Resort amenities, including the outdoor salt water swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, game room, fitness center and Appleview Ark ship shaped playground.
Our Appleview River Resort Orchard Villas near Pigeon Forge TN are located at our resort on the secure gated Appleview Farms Plantation side. Our villas can sleep up to 6 guests depending on the unit you choose and have private garages for your convenience.

If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. We were told our unit was pet free, it’s important to us due to allergies. There was dog hair every where. Even a sign hanging in the living room saying a spoiled dog lives there. I sent pictures of how dirty the unit was and I have received no response. Angel continues to tell me she hasn’t received my email. That isn’t true, she just chooses not to address the issue.
Please don’t go to this “resort” if you want a clean condo and nice amenities. I highly recommend The RiverStone Resort-5 stars- clean and very friendly.

Our condo was beautiful! Nature view?? We couldn't help but notice that it was pretty dirty though. Whoever is doing the cleaning for that certain one isn't doing their job at all. So dirty around baseboards, behind and under beds,couch and I'm pretty sure the large tub had not been cleaned. Praying the sheets had been washed. View was gorgeous

Amazing little vacation condo! We felt like we were right at home. It was very clean. Love that it has a feel of being away from everything, but only takes a couple minutes and you are right in the middle of it all. You do get a free breakfast one morning of your stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 6 Stars for us!
