My experience at The Hendry has been going great thus far! Since day 1 Victoria has made sure I have no worries when it comes to my home and I highly appreciate that. I love the openness of the floor plan, it definitely give a homey-cozy feeling. I would recommend anyone to move here…which I already did and she loves it just as much as I love mine!

The Hendry apartments have met and exceeded my expectations! The unit is beautiful, the noise level is low, and the staff and maintenance is responsive and kind. Everything was well prepared when I moved in and I've had no problems living here. Parking can be a little difficult at night but not impossible. I'd recommend The Hendry to anyone!

Noise complaints seem to fall on deaf ears here. You are told something is being done but you will suffer through inconsiderate and rude neighbors. Also, there is a strong weed smell all around the property. I see comments asking residents to call in. Been there, done that and we are still dealing with the same issue months later.

Horrible horrible horrible, living here was a nightmare. People who live here are terrible, management is terrible. I’ve lived in student housing run better and more quiet than this place…save yourself from loud restless nights and dealing with management who can’t figure out how to screw in a lightbulb together.

Worst apartment experience ever! Will never live in a apartment again after living here!!!
First month of moving in my apartment flooded 2 times and had to beg maintenance to come out and when they finally did they “put in a work order” for another month to pass my carpet turned moldy before I had to get corporate involved to finally replace it. After they replaced my carpet the completely trashed my whole apartment by throwing everything in the living room and left it. And after that my A/c went out for a month on top of everything and it gets better! I came home from work one day to find

I moved here over the summer and have had a great experience. Seeing the breezeways get power washed today made me smile and happy that I live here because I can see the property being taken care of. I love the style of the apartments on the inside and leasing office decor is soo nice. This property literally gives me resort vibes & the location of this property is super convenient to all types of shopping. The leasing staff (Taylor, Victoria, Druanne & Dior) are so friendly and extremely personable and thoughtful. I can definitely see myself staying here for a long time.

We’ve lived at The Hendry for one year and it was a great experience. We stayed there while searching for our Texas home. It’s very convenient to everything and they do a nice job keeping up the property!! The pool area is definitely a bonus!!! Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I recommend it for couples or families.

First off I would like to say what a wonderful team there is in the leasing office. Taylor and Victoria both set an example of what customer service should be. They genuinely care for the residents and will assist in any way possible. Chip also does a great job overseeing and working with resident needs. The only reason we moved out was due to this Pandemic but this is definitely a property I would come back to in the future unless I were to buy a home. No property is perfect but when you have people in the office that will go out of their way to assist you when you have requests, it makes your

The Hendry apartments have been a great place to call home. The management could not be more nice, accommodating and caring. I never hesitate to bring any needs or concerns I have to the office.
Aside from the management, the property is kept well, the apartment homes are spacious, modern, and well maintained. The location right off of George Bush is wonderful and helps me get wherever I need to go speedily.
The complex is definitely a must see for anyone looking for apartment living in the area.
