I lived at this complex for 2 years until I moved out of state. My experience at Adagio was nothing short of amazing during the time that I lived there. The grounds were maintained flawlessly, the units were spacious and inviting, and the office staff was always timely with responding to maintenance requests, package deliveries, etc. Janine and Paula, specifically, did an amazing job and initially sold me on choosing Adagio. A friendly, quiet, community in a great location. If you're looking for a new place to live in the Natomas area, I highly consider choosing Adagio.

I've been here over a year now and I can not tell you how delighted I am with the property, staff and facilites during this Pandemic. I am always treated with respect, especially by the grounds staff and office staff. And for those who complain about amenities being closed, so is every other similar property that follows California State laws.
I expect things to go wrong in any apartment complex; what matters is how quickly it is taken care of, right? Adagio staff are incredible when it comes to making sure tenants are well taken care of, in my experience.

I am not sure what most of these negative reviews are talking about but I JUST moved in and the entire experience is so awesome. The staff is amazing and really friendly. ESPECIALLY Janine (Sorry if I misspelled). The apartment is amazing, it is truly a blessing in my own opinion. I didn’t know how to work the shower, because I’m a fool sometimes, but at 10:30 PM, Maintenance drove up from afar and literally showed me. THAT is some amazing stuff!!! They answer all of my questions here, the residents are peaceful and respectful. The gates remain closed! That’s awesome! The park across the

Im a recent move in and so far my experience has been great here. About 2 months into our lease and I've noticed a community of mostly families or young professionals. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating, especially when considering the COVID atmosphere. Across the street from the dog park and a 20 min bike ride to midtown. My only complaint, is that parking spots are SO small. I don't know how no one has complained about this before. I drive a small car and can barely open my door even though everyone parks well. Also, landscaping is impeccable. Big kudos to the landscaper.

Looks nicer than it is. Lived here for a 1 year lease. The office staff is not helpful and rude at times. They have a big problem with homeless in the complex and there is zero security measures taken. We had our garage broken into and all our stuff stolen, front desk was not sympathetic at all. Neighbors later told us it happens all the time. This apartment complex is all window dressing. Stay away!

The conditions were not too bad. The worst thing about this apartment is you won’t get your deposit back! When I moved out, I cleaned my apartment very detailed but they still charged me for everything! I even need to pay extra money besides the deposit! During the leasing time, I didn’t even use the dinning room, however on the move-out itemized statement, everything needs to fixed... You couldn’t do anything about it, the only thing they cared is you pay the money...

I want to give my honest opinion as someone that have been living at Adagio Apartments for a year now. I read all the reviews in here and it feels quite unfair that people are giving 1 star complaining about some amenities being closed when we are going through a pandemic. Even though my unit is not the updated version everything works perfectly, I have had a couple issues with my sink but it was quickly solved my the maintenance team. The complex is very clean, the pool is amazing and it is never crowded. THERE IS ALWAYS PLENTY SPACE TO PARK (I love that about this complex), the price is fair

If you're looking for a new home during this pandemic, I would highly recommend staying away from this place. I'm a current resident at Adagio paying $1900 for an apartment with NO AMENITIES. Even with the amenities these apartments are overpriced. They shut down the clubhouse, gym, basketball court, pool/ Jacuzzi, BBQ pit, and even the tennis courts (even though tennis is played by 2 people 40+ ft apart?). The management won't offer their residents any type of discount for not being able to use the amenities (that we are paying top dollar for!) and they clearly only care about

Adagio was by far one of the nicest apartments I've lived in since moving to Northern California. I lived here from 2017-2019 and it was all-around a great place to live! Maintenance was always very responsive, the staff at the leasing office were always polite and helpful, and the complex itself was fairly clean and well-maintained. It's also close to shopping centers in Natomas and close to midtown if you want some good food and drinks! Overall, I highly recommend living here!

I have lived in the Adagio apartments for almost 6 years. I have always enjoyed the quiet and serene grounds. The staff has had very few turnovers and each and everyone has been helpful when I need them. The swimming pools are rarely crowded, and it is seldom there are kids being loud and having fun. It seems to me to be a more adult complex where everyone is respectful.
Only one time in 6 years has there ever been anything negative happen and that made the news so it's not a secret. Several cars were broken into in our complex and surrounding area. including. gated subdivision down

Almost a full year here and I hope many more. Grounds are very beautiful, green with trees and plants, staff have always been friendly and courteous and they even have little community events that they put on for the complex. We had ants get in at one point, but they got some guys out and then the ants were gone. If we have something wrong, they have been very good about getting it fixed or addressed. I don't really understand the rating these guys have... this is easily the best place I've lived as far as apartments go, and I've lived all over California. I think this place is great.

I recently lived at the Palms apartments in Sacramento and it was the worst apartment and renting experience that I have had in my lifetime. I know that sounds dramatic but after 18 maintenance requests and a detective warning me about my neighbor... well you get the picture.
During my apartment hunt I fell in love with Adagio. Lucy was so amazing right off the bat and I knew I needed to be there. I checked weekly to see if the floor plan we wanted was open and it literally would be reserved within that same day.

I am so sick of the crime. The apartments themselves are nice and I was so excited to live here when I found this tucked away place but the amount of crime we tenants experience on a daily bases is ridiculous. Garages continue to be broken into (we've had thousands of dollars stolen in belongings), cars stolen out of the garages, mail boxes broken into and damaged, and just this morning the car parked next to mine was broken into. All this in a matter of months.
The apartments themselves are expensive. I pay a lot to live here and I do not feel safe. Management knows the current security

Lived here for about a year. Affordable and very spacious. The only reason I decided to move was because of the traffic during rush hour from the med center. It would take 45 + minutes to get home during rush hour. A waste of my time.
Pros:
- The location is near a gas station, starbucks, Indian food, fast food Chinese food, and also a Bel Air down the street.
- The next exit is the Truxel shopping area with a Target, Walmart, etc
- The layout is very big
- Wash and Dryer included
- Garage and theres plenty of open guest parking
- The main office has a nice business center and couch area

I've been a resident for 6 months now and are truly impressed with the management and the complex itself. Enjoying my time here so far. Being pet friendly is a major plus for me. The natural neighborhood problems due to homelessness is a sign of our times... still, one of the best options in the area. Staff has been beyond professional and pleasant. Perhaps all I would improve would be the trash management.

Cons: there's sooooo many insects. For 3 weeks straight we were getting bit up by God knows what. If you're afraid of spiders, you might want to consider a different complex. I literally had two baby spiders crawling on my arm and found one on my pillow in my bed. And just recently something bit me on my lip. The outlets in the apartment aren't very great. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. It takes a long
