I have been trying to be very patient, but unfortunately can't seem to receive help. I was charged a late fee from when I moved out, and I shouldn't have been charged. I was told in September that the problem would be fixed. Never received my refund and was told in November that it would promptly be worked on, and I still haven't received my refund. I moved out the beginning of August. Everytime I have left a voice-mail I get an email saying the issue was resolved when it really hasn't. I just continue to be ignored. This really isn't okay. I should not have to try and call on a monthly basis to

Worst, worst, worst……. Worst Move- in experience I never had before this, they saying this is a luxury apartment, but I don’t know how long this unit was locked and am not sure when they clean before I move-in. when I enter the unit very 1st time it smelled very bad and in hall and kitchen 5 – 10 dead roaches. When my wife opened dishwasher, she got shocked because it was black and very bad stinky small. After 2 days she put clothes in dryer, same very bad stinky smell on all clothes when she took out from dryer. In this one week am throwing out 3-5 roaches every day and till now 2 big

Positives: Ample parking, walkable, quiet, reasonably priced, maintenance filled work orders quickly, friendly staff
Negatives: Small dog park with very little shade, no recycling bin (taken out shortly after I moved in) so the trash compactor would be clogged weekly and trash would pile up outside of the compactor.

Our stay a The Park at Southwood was arranged through a corporate travel agency. Our rented unit was within very close proximity of the community garbage collection. That area was always unsightly and overflowing and even worse on move-out or move-in days. The appliances, cabinets, bathrooms and fixtures were all typical builder grade, showed age and needed some TLC. Carpeting over bedroom and living room floors were clean but frayed and worn in areas. The water pressure in the showers are Horrible. Awful actually. The road noise was moderately to pretty loud especially when some of the residents

My girlfriend and I have stayed at The Park at Southwood for a little over two years while completing school. We liked living here mainly because it was a new place that was not student housing, it was relatively quiet, it has gas appliances, it was spacious, had hardwood flooring, and a big tub. A few things I didn't like what happened at the park: The garbage mountain due to resident abusing the recycling bin which they had to remove. They were supposed to clean the hallways but instead all they did was spray bleach and left it to smell for weeks. The neighbor upstairs stomped all the time for
