We were never made aware that the keys to the apartment would not be available until after 10:30. We had a furniture delivery scheduled for a block of time 8:00 to noon. It arrived at 9:30 and Maggie was kind enough to let them in. Although everything worked out there was a lot of unnecessary stress.

I currently live here and i have been requesting that my fridge shelves get fixed for months now because they are broken and cant hold up food. my window has a leak ever since ive moved in ive been asking for a year and 4 months now to have it fixed because my carpet gets moldy. they have a cockroach problem. when pest control was scheduled to my apt he just walked in didnt even knock i had no clothes on and thought someone broke in and when i called the office they had nothing to say but that they gave me a notcie he would be coming that day. very unprofessional. their laundry unit stays taking

I am a first time renter here at Tanque Verde apartments. I was attracted here because of how lovely the updated apartments are, but as a first time renter I had an a plethora of questions. When I walked into the front office I met a lovely lady Annie that helped me through the whole process and was nothing but helpful.

The laundry facilities are absolute garbage. I can’t even imagine the time and money I’ve wasted doing my laundry here. Brings me nothing but misery. The apartments are old and falling apart. The walls are literally not straight and the bugs we had when we moved in were disgusting, I knew from the start we’d messed up moving here. We can’t wait to leave. The parking situation is also extremely disappointing. It is filled to the max and half the time I end up having to park at a completely different parking lot. Only good thing about this place was the pool, which we didn’t get to use
