New Dimensions in Health Care provides essential health care services to patients regardless of a patient's ability to pay. You may be eligible for a discount on necessary health care services you receive at New Dimensions. The discount is based upon a sliding scale utilizing the annual federal poverty guidelines which take into account household income and number of household members.

I started bringing my special needs son here (after at least 7other dentist in the past ) right in the middle of this Covid so I was nervous overall now to add new people and mask over an hour drive etc
all I have to say is they are amazing! Sherri took the extra step to make my son Alize feel comfortable in every way. So when his next appointment came up he couldn’t wait to go and it went even better than the first time Sherri remembered him and gave him the same wonderful treatment she truly is amazing with my son I can’t thank her enough💜
This will be our forever dentist so ty so much

Honestly, they aren't much help and send you for the wrong things... I had a rib pain and they send me for an ultrasound on my stomach as if I was pregnant? Ask for certain xrays to be done, send me for the wrong ones. Gotta call just to be seen..... might as well just go to the emergency room , it's literally right down the street. Dr.Raos is better for kids than new dimensions. They wanna be doctors and nurses but don't want to see certain patience

I've been there twice now for a cleaning and I still haven't gotten my cleaning yet. Each time the next appointment gets 3 months out and it's gonna be a year since my last cleaning before I "maybe" actually get a cleaning. It's ridiculous. How is it they schedule for a cleaning and all u get is an exam and xrays??? No cleaning. I'm thinking of finding a new place. I need a cleaning in the next 30 days. Not 3 months from now. If it takes more than one appointment to do a cleaning they should schedule the 2 or 3 appointments they need to do it right from the beginning. Idk if the hygienist I get

I called today and have my 1st appointment booked for 3 days from now. The woman on the phone was lovely. However my concern comes from the fact that I explained that I’m in terrible pain from an abscess and that my left cheek is so swollen I look like a squirrel hiding nuts in their cheek pockets....I would call that a dental emergency or at least very urgent. They were able to book me for tomorrow but since I am relying on medical taxi transportation that requires 3 days notice to set up a ride unless the doctor office calls to book it for you (which they can do the day before) and, this office
