I've never had any problems or disturbances
The Neibors are friendly they have a great staff they've been a lovely stay since we've been here we all try to watch the Neiborhood for each other to insure a safe environment for ourselves and our children

Primrose Estates has been a delight so far. The staff and residents are friendly and the sites are organized well. I have ample room for my fifth wheel and truck, and there is a very nice concrete slab patio. I am happy to have found this all ages community with such generous lot size.

We moved in on a Saturday and had no issues with getting into our space. We found a blown 60 amp fuse in the breaker box and contacted Dawn who immediately responded with anew fuse. Our stay has been pleasant and we are happy with choosing this location.

I moved in at the beginning of March and haven't had any issues (other than the amount of roaming cats). It is very quiet here, my neighbors are friendly and the lot rent is affordable. I would recommend this place to a friend.

This is the nicest mobile home/RV park we’ve been to so far. My husband is a travel nurse. We have a 38’ travel trailer, and it fits with space to spare. We have a concrete patio, and we park our Dodge Ram next to it. We still have plenty of space to take our dogs out to potty in front of our trailer. The concrete patio is definitely a nice touch, and we are glad to have full hookups again! The grounds are kept pretty clean from what I’ve seen so far. Our lot is more spacious than the last mobile home/RV park we stayed at. We have quite a bit of space left between us and the mobile home next

They blocked my other account for telling the TRUTH. The truth is this mobile home is extremely unethical. They took my $45 application fee and wouldn't even give me assistance when I needed help signing the lease online. I asked FOUR employees for help (Dawn, Stephanie, Emily, and I also called the help line). NO ONE HELPED ME SIGN THE LEASE. I submitted my payment but after no one returned my emails or texts asking for help I put a stop on the payment. Why would I pay over $700 when no one was helping me sign the lease??
I recieved an extremely rude call from mark. Someone I never saw or spoken

I am a current resident and after talking with some of the others this place used to be a lot different than it is. Today the tenants all seem to be nice and I enjoy talking with and hanging out with my neighbors. The area itself is pretty clean and has a laundry facility. There are just a few small things I would change that after talking to the management company may get changed. The lot rent is not bad either.

We have been staying in this location part of the winter for probably ten years. We like it's nearness to our daughter's home. Most of all we have had good experiences with the Park. The employees we have dealt with have been friendly and took care of any need we had. We also feel secure in this location and noise has never been a problem for us. As long as we are able to spend part of our Winter in Mesa, we will stay at Primrose Estates Mobile Home and RV Park.

I would not move here!
I've been here 8 years!
These people are not going to be your friend!
I suggest you keep looking if you want to be happy. There is many choices in mesa to chose from and this place is a wrong one! The staff is rude and zero communication just a call center for emergencies usually takes several days for a response. So if your looking for the absolute bottom of getto life this place is for you!
The trailer a cross the street is infested with a couple million cockroaches and human waist in toilet to the rim! I've complained and nobody cares.

We were able to move into Primrose Park with very little effort and it was not hard to get all the details finished. My wife and I had a great experience moving into the park. We also got support on how to fix things at our home. Thank you for a positive experience!

Horrible people the grounds are a mess they all look like something from the hills have eyes the staff is rude and there is rats and cockroaches all over the grounds. I highly advise you staying away from this park you'll be highly disappointed and possibly robbed or eaten by rats and roaches

My husband and I stayed here May 2018 to September 2018. There no pool and all that other fru fru but what they do have is nice deep lots to park your Rv or even your big rig and good country air. There was a canal behind the Rv Park for some excercise. It's a little bit away from hub bub of Ellsworth and southern Ave but didn't miss it. There a little Walmart neighborhood market you could walk too everything else is and easy drive. Nights are quiet. I dealt with Mark and Julia if I ever had any problems the were both professional and courteous and was able to fix whatever I needed. Would
