I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Maroof! My mom and I both go see her and she’s always so kind and remembers us from years ago. She’s great at listening and handling tough situations with a gentle demeanor. I believe a lot of these bad reviews have been due to poor support staff in the past. Or therapists that were working there but are no longer. Dr. Maroof herself is great! Give them a chance :)

I can't put into words how horrible this place is. We trusted them with our child and after 2 full appointments said they didn't want to help him. These are bad people, first thing they tried to do is SELL us an 1800$ month medicine and then after we wouldn't fall for it they put us through hours of trouble to say they wouldn't do anything. The PA is rude and the first thing they told my kid is "This is going to take so long". They made all of us feel that we need to be seeing a different therapist because of the headache they are.

Do NOT bring your children here! Over 3 MONTHS and multiple authorization forms, they still have not sent my child’s records to their pediatrician’s office! They’ve left my son without his much needed meds multiple times and then when you call and FOLLOW their directions, the secretary is RUDE! They need to be shut down. Period.

I'm mostly pleased with Dr. Maroof--she can be a little stand-offish, but I found her to be very knowledgeable; the psychologist in the office is great, did a very thorough eval of my child; the therapist we'd been seeing pre-covid is also great; kind, patient, inciteful. What irritates me is the guy who occasionally acts as the receptionist when the regular woman isn't there. He is useless and completely incompetent. And he knows it. He'll even say he doesn't know anything and to call "when the other receptionist is in". What the heck??

Dr. Maroof is a very, very good psychiatrist. She has been a to help me with some very complex problems after other psychiatrists thrown up their hands and given up.
