Very disappointed with this practice and the way they treat their patients. I'd been a patient with Dr.Brown for about 4 years. During covid-19 I left my card # for a payment on the voicemail. It was a ONE time payment authorization, however, someone decided they would use it for a balance owed. I desputed with my bank because no one in the office would call me back. About a week later, I was issued a refund and told that my chart was closed! Again, tried to reach out to Dr.Brown to figure out what the issue was and I never received a return message from him. I had every intention of paying the

I've been following Dr. Tew as she moved practices over the past decade, and that's because she is a smart, caring and professional psychiatrist who really wants to help her patients improve their lives. She doesn't just give you a prescription and send you on your way -- she checks in on other areas of your treatment and encourages a multi-faceted approach to healing. I can't say enough good things about her.

I have a big family, and we have all the usual struggles of a growing family, then some, and there's no instruction manual telling us what to do. So we've all been going to several of the docs here for years to help figure things out as life happens. They are truly a godsend, we have loved each doc we've seen. All are highly compassionate, empathetic, passionate, very smart, and well experienced. Highly recommend.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. No one will call you back even if you've left voicemails, emails, Facebook messages, etc. They CANCELED my new patient appt outright and refused to see me when I was RIGHTFULLY upset about not being able to get a hold of ANYONE while having HORRIBLE side effects on my current medication.
If you can't handle patients with mental health issues, YOU'RE IN THE WRONG LINE OF WORK.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tew for many years. You can tell she has a passion for her job. She’s not a doctor who just shoves pills down your throat, but she listens, gives advice, and offers other solutions; along with trying medications. She asks what I need and provides resources. She is extremely caring and I will never see another psychiatrist.

This practice does not care about its patients. Given the type of service it provides, you would think it would be timely in returning the calls of those needing prescription refills or to be seen by the doctor. In January, I went a WHOLE month without my prescription medication waiting for a doctor to return my call and fill the script. (Voice mail messages for both doctors and front desk staff say that calls will be returned within 24-hours. This week, I left a message two days ago that still has not been returned. I have had a doctor to call out sick on me and then received a nasty gram from

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown's for years. Best psychiatrist I'd ever had for my anxiety and depression. I am being forced to find a new practice because the staff scheduled me on the wrong day and refused to waive the missed appointment fee. The staff has always lacked emotion, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. They never acknowledged what happened. They told me to let them know where to send my records when I refused to pay for the incorrectly scheduled appointment. So now I can't get my prescriptions because they refuse to acknowledge they made a mistake. Instead of supporting

I have been a patient of Dr. Tew’s for ten years now. I followed her twice to new practices. Everything has been fine while she was just doing routine care and helping me come off many medications from an injury I had years ago. Recently though, I have encountered multiple problems with appointments, wait times, requests made of the staff and the general attitude of everyone there. I finally had enough this week when I was left completely in a lurch due to the office’s poor practices. Gross negligence. I am transferring my care. I have worked in medical practices for 25 years and I have never

Dr. Fields has worked hard to meet my daughters' needs-- she is compassionate, understanding and very thorough. She is incredibly knowledgeable about different medicines and their interactions and uses up to date tests to determine which medications might be most effective. An excellent doctor!
Dr. Brown has worked with me, and I have found him to be compassionate and a real advocate for his patients. When my insurance company was not authorizing a medication for me, he spent almost an hour sorting things out on my behalf.
In short, Peace Psychiatry has been a very good fit for our family-- A
