Amazing food! This place is a hidden gem, Mojitos are the best I have ever had. I should've taken pictures but I never leave reviews but this place was amazing! If your in the mood for some great authentic foot give this place a shot, you won't be sorry.
By the way try the Carajillo it's a Cuban espresso with a shot of Cuban Rum!! Yumm to say the least!!

Best cuban food I have had in Dallas hands down! They are always super friendly every time my husband and I stop in. I am always on the hunt for a Cubano sandwich that rivals what you can get in Miami and let me tell you, this one will not disappoint. The sandwich comes with fries that have some kind of lemon taste to them that is wonderful. Don't ruin these fries with ketchup! Their plates are really good as well, my husband loves all of their rice dishes, and everything is very fairly priced. This place definitely has a permanent spot on our regular go-to list.

This is an authentic Cuban food restaurant and Mojito Bar. I ordered the fish and shrimp plate with cilantro lime sauce and sweet fried plantains. It was everything I had hoped and was delicious. The drinks were hand mixed and excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and plan on going back again.

Had the "triple" appetizer, fried mashed potato filled with picadillo, cheese empanada & a fried plantain cup filled w marinated meat & another appetizer of fried pork, for my late lunch. Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of my meal. Wow. Can't wait to get back & try the interesting menu. Two men adjacent me were having multiple dishes that looked great.
Friendly waitress, efficient service. Dining area was very clean. They had small plates for the bar area, at reasonable prices.

Walking into this place is like walking into Cuba! I think it's the music, the artwork, the natural lighting, the authentic service, and the expansive menu. This establishment is bright, spacious, neat, and clean! There's plenty of seating, parking, and dining options.
I ate and drank way more than planned but I don't feel bad about it since everything was delicious and homemade! You have to try the platters; that way you get to experience all of the "fan faves" like plantains (sweet & delicious), cheese

The first time I tried this place I got the Havana sandwich, there wasn't a lot of meat, sandwich was missing cheese. It was much better the second time I tried Havana Cafe, I got the Cuban sandwich with extra pickles. It was soooo good. Plenty of meat & pickles, bread tasted great & perfectly grilled, the fries were perfect. I will definitely be getting the Cuban sandwich

Coming from someone that is Cuban this place is a joke. The food is pricy and under flavored. Cuban food is based on flavorful cooking where this place falls short. I do like the decor but I'll just leave it at that. They have a much better Cuban restaurant on Josey ln in Carrollton called Cuba Bella.

Service was friendly and prompt. We tried a few items that were new to us. The pork roast melts in your mouth. The tostones ceviche cup was a very unique take we really enjoyed. The yucca fries are very potato like to us. Consider asking for a sauce to dip yucca fries. We will definitely return for other menu items.

Incredible. This Cuban Restaurant is so authentic and delicious - I am already looking forward to the next time I can come back. I have been craving a Coco Mojito ever since my husband and I got married in Puerto Rico, and this took me right back to the Caribbean. The colorful decor instantly put me in a good mood. There is an assortment of seating arrangements from couches to tabletops and got to sit wherever we wanted. The ceviche was absolutely delicious. There are plenty of overcharged ceviches out there in Dallas, but Cafe Havana does it right for an amazing price. Plus you get crunchy salted

When ever I crave Cuban food, this is by far one of the best places in Dallas. It's very authentic and taste just like from the Island. I ordered their ceviche which has the right amount of citric. It comes with freshly fried green banana chips. I also got a side of ripe plantains which compliment the ceviche. I decided to order their Cuban tamales which was my first time. OMG! It's so good! I don't eat pork. I didn't know it has pork but I do must say it tastes delicious! I did removed pieces of the pork out and only eat the tamales.
