Just canceled my reservations for the first week in May you would think they would have refunded my deposit because of everything basically being shut down. Well they have decided to keep my deposit which I see is a very classless act on their part. True the deposit was nonrefundable but considering the circumstances I believe they should refund it.

Incredibly disappointed by the service received today. We have visited the Majestic Towers and Schulstadt rentals for over ten years.. today I emailed them to ask about booking in May, since the website had no indicators they were not accepting reservations. They quickly replied, indicating they would not be renting in the month of May due to COVID-19 - which is 100% UNDERSTANDABLE . I replied to her email, that if this was the case they should consider adding this information onto the website. To which they reply - IT IS KNOW NATIONWIDE. - Kendyl

We have rented through Schulstadt 3 or 4 times prior to this trip. I insisted to our friends that we rent through Schulstadt since we have in the past and we have always had a pleasant stay. The exchange leading up to the trip was good, they were quick to respond to any emails or questions. Once we arrived I was shocked to find that the furniture was very worn, and one of the couches was stained and dirty. Then as we were unpacking we noticed the curtains in the living room were heavily stained and dirty. I hated to see this, especially since I had insisted we rent through Schulstadt and told our

We just returned from our vacation at Majestic Beach thru this rental company. We had a great vacation, nice clean rooms. We had everything we needed and received all our check in and parking information in a timely manner. Our room was ready for early check in which was wonderful!! I will definitely be using this agency again.

I've rented with this company now 3 different times as well as my parents and I have to say, I will never stay at another condo again. After seeing how clean these rooms are compared to others. Lord whoever is cleaning for the other condos they need to come get trained by this company. The booking process was easy and if I had any questions Teresa or Kendyl answered me back right away and was very professional. I will keep coming back to majestic cause I know my condo will be clean and have clean sheets to lay on. Best rental company by far.

Worst rental company we have ever had the displeasure of using. After checking out, they charged us for a missing item (Ninja). I told the woman that I did not even know what a Ninja was, much less take one. She said - well....if you send it back we will refund your money. Basically calling me a thief AND now also a liar. We complained to our credit card company, but since they have a huge checklist of every item in the unit and since we did not spend the first several hours of our vacation going over their checklist to make sure each item was there, then the Real Estate company could charge us

Just got back from my stay in 2309, it was extremely clean and nice. Great place to stay and I have emailed the staff back and forth with questions and have always got fast responses. Great people in my opinion never had a problem with them I've gone through this company twice and always had a great time. As far as the bad reviews go for the lady with the sick kids I'm sorry that happened on your vacation and I'm sure it was rough but check out time is 10am period. It's pretty clear what time you have to be out and the agreement is clear about the late checkout fee. So I think to give them a bad

Just returned home from a trip, stayed in 1403 at The Majestic. It was a wonderful unit, very clean and nicely equipped. Our experience with this rental company was great, too. A very streamlined process that was quite easy. The one time I spoke with a person on the phone was fine, she was very friendly and helpful. Great experience and all that’s left is the return of our security deposit but I do not foresee any problems there. Overall everything was excellent.

We’ve been renting from these leople for at least 2-3 years. We’ve never had any issues. Teresa has always been very responsive through text with even the silliest questions. We lost one of the kitchen items because we took it to the beach, and the amount charged from our security deposit was very reasonable! We keep coming back because we know the place will be clean and comfy and we can just enjoy our vacation.
