We rented a condo in Panama City Beach the week after Christmas. From start to finish we had a great experience booking through book that condo! The booking process and check in and out went seamless. I love the app they provide with all the information we needed for our rental! The staff we spoke with was helpful and friendly each time. I would definitely book through them again!

My husband and I planned a 6 day vacation to FL and part of our trip brought us to Panama City Beach where we booked through Book that Condo via Hotels.com. We paid extra for each hotel tor their cancellation policy. BTC didn't offer that service and only offered insurance which we were going to purchase until we read that it didn't cover any Covid-related illnesses. Fast forward to 10 pm the night before we were supposed to leave and I got stomach flu. Threw up for 8/10 hours straight. Couldn't fly (American Airlines will not let you fly if you've thrown up) and had to cancel

We rented a two bedroom condo at Majestic from Book that Condo and everything was excellent. I received several email confirmations and phone calls ensuring that we knew how to check in, report issues and check out. Downloading the app even made it easier. They are highly communicative and responsive and I would use them again. The condo was as advertised - clean and well equipped!

Check in was very easy and convenient. Our room was ready much earlier than expected. The location is very close to the beach and you have different places to go eat nearby. The condo is in great condition except for the beds. The beds seem too old and have little support. The sheets and comforters could be changed. Otherwise, my family enjoyed the heated pool and walking to the beach.

It was a surprisingly pleasant and comfortable stay. I booked through them for the first time, so was apprehensive and doubtful of the way my experience would be. But when I reached there, they were very friendly and prompt to confirm the condos readiness for my check in. It was very easy to book through their site and communicate though email or phone. Overall it was a smooth experience.

It was our first time booking anything and I have to say it was the best 1st booking. The house we got was literally on the beach waking up to the sound of waves going to sleep with the colors of the sunset we fell in love.. The property had everything we needed. They constantly checked on us to see if we were doing ok or needed anything.

I used Book that Condo for my stay at The Majestic Towers Panama City. The condo I booked was exactly the one I viewed online. Great updated condo. I received emails after booking with paperwork to be signed. I received emails reminding me of stay. Then with check in instructions and all info need about room. Key pad code, wifi code, room #, & parking deck instructions. The day before check-out I received a check-out instructions email. Great communication. Great condo. Very relaxing stay!!

The condo at Laketown wharf was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The extra bunk bed space was very helpful to our large family! The beach is a quick walk and next to pineapple willys! Check in and check out were super fast and easy! The condo was clean and decorated lovely.

Book that Condo was great, fair prices, no crazy high fees like some sites charge. They kept me informed of upcoming booking and responded promptly once we were there to drop off more pool bracelets. The condo we stayed at was beautiful inside and out. Great view and right on the beach. This is the third time I’ve booked through Book that Condo and have had great experiences with all. I recommend them all the time.

We stayed at Emerald Beach Resort in PCB. 5 stars from me! Check in process was easy! In fact the room was ready early. Thats pretty rare during peak vacation season. Room was great, clean and had the perfect view. One thing we really liked was the proximity to the elevators and beach access! Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance nearby too. First time booking with Book That Condo. Looking forward to staying at the exact same condo next year.

Our previous reservation with another company canceled on us last minute and we were feverishly looking for accommodations. Charged me twice instead of refunding me. I had to cancel a spring break reservation. When I called to cancel the customer service rep charged my account again instead of refunding which caused more than a dozen overdraft fees. My bank refunded what they could but I still had numerous fees associated with the double charge. They did eventually refund both charges but not until weeks later. I called book that condo several times in regards to the overdraft fees and was told each time that all the managers were in meetings and that they were extremely busy due to the travel ban but someone would

This is the worst experience I have ever had with booking a condo online. I signed everything they needed online and received a call on the day we were arriving that we needed to go by their office to sign paper copies! An office which was at least 10 miles away from the beach front condo we were renting. A pretty crappy condo as it turned out. A/c barely worked. We replaced a nasty filter and had to hang a sheet over a west facing sliding door because the blinds didn't work. Good thing we brought a fan. Carpet looked nasty as well.

Lol facts are facts! Michelle is trash, and so is "book that condo" for allowing such a person work there! I don't care who is free or the activities you "offered", I didn't plan to go do any of those activities in the first place. Bottom line, Michelle does not know how to deal with customer service! Prior to our arrival in Florida the communication seemed very good.
After our arrival in Florida it was terrible. We called 3 times to see if our condo was ready and finally on our 3rd attempt at 6:10pm the very unprofessional woman gave me the condo door code. After arguing with her for 15 minutes it suddenly occurred to me that I was wasting my time and getting absolutely no where with her...... people just don't care these days. I was clearly bothering her with my continued attempts to get the bottom of the lack of communication issue......She lied to me numerous

It's memorial weekend and I have a condo booked through "book that condo" in Pamama City Beach. Tropical storm in the gulf with potential to make landfall as hurricane 1. Called to see what options were before driving into this mess and there are NONE. Refunds only given if a mandatory evacuation or potentially if Hurricane 3. Last time I ever book a condo through this company.

We currently have a reservation for the second week of June. We paid ALOT of money to have a condo with a pool (for the little kids). We were informed about two weeks ago that the pool will be closed during our stay there. They will not discount our rate or compensate us in any way. It is now to late to cancel because there isn't any way we can find another condo for 3 weeks from now. We paid for a full week.... $3,000! We booked this condo in January. Its ridiculous that we dont get what was included in our rental agreement! I'm amazed a company could do so little and have an pool

Me and my husband with two little kids (1&4) and my parents booked Shores of Panama through Book that Condo. Our room was ready around 10-11am! It's the start of May so maybe it's not a very busy time. We were amazed by how clean, spacious and convenient the room/location was. I booked one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed and a bunk bed. But I actually got a two-bedroom with king bed, sofa bed and bunk bed. Our room has everything from utensils to cookwares to pretty much all the small kitchen appliances a household would normally have. All other things a hotel would have and

We came to Panama City for Spring Break with our kids, and we had a great time at this condo. It has a great view of the beach and a very large balcony with plenty of seating. This resort has quick and easy access to the beach and a Tiki bar with food and drinks that is very convenient as well. Our room had beach chairs we could use if we didn't have our own, fewer things for us to pack. Our 12 and 13-year-old girls loved the bunk beds in the hallway, they felt like they had their own space. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

We loved the layout of the condo with the bedrooms away from the living area so we could sleep if others were up watching tv. The pool was simply amazing! Loved the condo. Had everything we needed to cook meals for the family, which saved money. The only negative I have is that the Wi-Fi is not very good at all. The valet and parking attendants were super nice!

Loved this rental! You can't possibly get any closer to the beach from your steps. Having two masters was incredible. The kid's room with the bunk beds was fantastic. It was so clean when we arrived. My heart skipped a beat when I could smell bleach in the bathrooms and kitchen :) The property is not much to look at from the outside, but the inside has really been updated. We would love to come back! This was one of our most favorite vacations. FYI parents with small kids: There were baby gates in the closet for both sets of stairs. There was not a lot of 'kid-preferred' channels

This was a fabulous condo, 1810, great view, luxurious interior and full kitchen and all the gear. Used Book That Condo- no real issues. Since the Boardwalk deals with so many different booking companies, some were a bit naive on how we get in-but told we could not get in till 4, would get a call when ready.
So we got some seafood and beer and waited and got in by 330. Sunny day, great view and kids went to the beach and I wanted to wait for wifi support- simple fix, just didn't know what to fix. Place had flat screens in all rooms, big kitchen and pantry, laundry room .

I arrived to the condo with 7 other girls this past weekend and felt like the communication and customer service was lacking immensely. A lot of unessary time was spent on our trip trying to figure things out, and that should never be the case.
It first started with the access code to get into our room.
