Gail brings her deep knowledge of yoga together with super listening skills to create an individualized yoga therapy plan to help with whatever is going on with you at the time. I have received her support and guidance through grief and loss, times when I needed to feel confident and empowered, digestive issues and more. I have sought her help for my adult children during stressful times and for my aging mom who received Gail’s support during the isolation of the pandemic. 5 stars isn’t enough!!!
