We have many options to practice together either in-studio or livestream - check out our hybrid class cards that give you the most flexibility. We are continuing to offer outdoor yoga classes on Saturdays at Rices Market. If you would like to practice without your mask on, we will request a 1 time proof of vaccination.

Please bring a copy of your vaccination card to the studio or email a picture of it to us ahead of time HERE. See details HERE. Services
Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny opened DIG Lambertville in 2010 with two important goals in mind: providing excellence in yoga education, and creating a sanctuary for community to gather and grow. DIG's roots are grounded in their 25 years of experience teaching strong, alignment-based hatha yoga, along with the richness of a life-affirming Tantric philosophy.
Our return to in-studio classes has been carefully considered to prioritize the wellness of our community. It is not a decision that we have taken lightly. To do this, we leaned greatly on the expertise/knowledge of professionals in our DIG family. We have reconfigured our space for social distancing, freedom of movement and air flow that exceeds CDC recommendations.
Rices Market is seasonal outdoor market in New Hope featuring antique, jewelry & clothing vendors, plus fresh fruit & pies. Dig Yoga will be offering a 9:30am yoga class on the far side of the market (away from vendors) in a more secluded grassy lawn facing a wall of bamboo. Please bring a blanket and a yoga mat (and whatever other props you need).
The benefits of yoga are innumerable, and bringing these into the workplace have very real effects. The University of Michigan Research Center found that for every $1 invested in workplace wellness, a company can expect a $3 return in cost savings or benefits.

At DIG, we are working to change lives through yoga, and believe that adding a bit of asana (physical practice) and pranayama (breathing techniques) into one's work day can be transformational. Our teachers are highly trained, experienced, and RYT certified. Our teachers will work directly with your company to tailor a program according to your staff's needs.
Prenatal yoga increases strength and flexibility to alleviate common prenatal ailments, all while helping a woman prepare her body for labor and birth. Yoga also encourages a woman to connect with her pregnancy and her baby's growth as a journey into motherhood. Through this journey, a woman can learn to trust herself, and her connection with the Universe, ultimately feeling more deeply connected with her baby.

Practiced at this studio a few times in the past several years. Just received an email from them that they require proof of vaccination status or a negative Covid test before anyone can practice in their studio.

No thank you.

I guess they don't care that so many vaccinated people are still carrying and spreading Covid.

So ignorant and intolerant!

This is the absolute BEST Yoga studio around or ever that I have been to. Sue and Naime ensure that all the instructors are well trained and focus on alignment. There are multiple levels of yoga classes and there is a now a fitness focused class. There is also pilates mat and reformer. There is massage. The workshops have nationally known presenters. There are retreats.. There is so much love in this kula it's amazing. It's also my favorite place to procrastinate as well as do yoga!!!!

Always an invitation, never an obligation. This mantra pervades the people, the classes, the space, the community. Feel welcomed, soak in the light, and reconnect with your best self on the mat every class. My favorite part is being encouraged to stretch who you think you are and what you think you can do, without ever feeling pressured. The workshops are excellent, just like each of the instructors. A true gem!

Dean’s core and cardio class is awesome!
It is challenging, but his cues and variety of activities make it accessible. You will definitely build strength and stamina in a safe, friendly and fun environment.

Naime (whose class I've taken primarily) and his students practice with open hearts and no judgement. They are genuinely supportive of, and take pride in, each other's achievements. This studio is quirky in that there is a lot of talking, not all of it related to yoga; people come and go whenever; others practice their own sequence regardless of what's being taught. You can certainly be irritated by this, as one reviewer was, or you can see it as a reflection of how non-judgemental and loving DIG is and love them back. That's how I feel. This studio has my heart. We just sold our house in Bucks

I've been coming to the studio for several years now. It's a beautiful space, but the beautiful people and the community are what make it special. Lots of class offerings, special workshops of all kinds, and really great instructors.

This studio is amazing. The space is gorgeous, the staff is lovely, and Yuval is a spectacular teacher. I love Iyengar yoga but find it a little “tough lovey” sometimes. Yuval, though, is rigorous, patient and kind all at the same time. Whenever I go to his classes I feel like I am being taught in a careful, thoughtful way and I can push myself safely and not get hurt. Plus he gives great demonstrations and is really funny. :) Highly recommend!

Dig is a welcoming place for everyone, no matter ability. They have a good variety of yoga classes and times (my favorites are Sat @ 8:30am basics with Naime and 9am basics with Sue). They recently added new movement classes with Dean that are a fantastic workout. I highly recommend checking them out!

I have been attending classes at dig for almost five years. The variety of classes and the high quality of instruction keeps me engaged and always looking forward to the next class. The facility is large enough to accommodate, spacious and clean.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced, the instructors adapt to meet your needs.

This is by far my favorite yoga studio in the NJ/PA/DE area. Beautiful, professional studio space with big windows and nice boutique area, but maintains the small yoga community feel between participants/ instructors/ staff/ etc. Longer class length and many modification options to meet your practice capacity and grow. Naime’s classes are some of my favorites because of the athletic nature of the class and relaxed attitude but those characteristics seem to permeate most classes I’ve taken at this studio. Excellent excellent studio- take advantage of their introductory unlimited month and try

My mom and I attend classes here. The studio is clean and stylish and the staff are so nice. It is such a positive environment. I have taken Basics and Gentle and both provide a good workout. Denise has left (we loved her Gentle class), but we not very much enjoy Liz's class. We especially like that they explain the purposes of the poses and teach modifications for those who need both more and less from their workouts.

Absolutely love DIG YOGA. I've tried several other Yoga studios and I just keep going back to DIG. The atmosphere there is great and the instructors are awesome. They really pay attention to your form, whether or not you have any injuries or poses you need to avoid, etc. I feel awesome after my session is over. I love my Yogi Jessie too!

So, so, so great. Once a year I drag my husband to yoga for my birthday. We were away in Lambertville for the weekend, so Dig was our studio of choice. After a 10 mile run on the tow path on Saturday, we were more than ready for a good stretch. We got that, and much more. The studio was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the instructor was one of the best I've ever had. He gave me some really thoughtful adjustments that will change my practice (of 10 years). We had a lot of fun trying the inversions at the end. I don't think I would recommend this class to beginners, however. It was

If you are thinking of taking your first yoga class or have been practicing for years, this is a place worth visiting. Dig Yoga, located in an old factory which makes for beautiful studio space on North Union St., is a gem in the charming city of Lambertville. They offer a full schedule of classes for everyone from beginners to experienced yogis. There's plenty of parking out back. Dig has also started offering Pilates, which nicely complements the yoga. All the teachers here really know their stuff and will be sure that you maintain healthy alignment and avoid injury. Dig also has a Philadelphia
