I wouldn't move here I'm speaking from experience they evicted me for having my own children live with me when they was homeless smh and I always paid my rent on time , they stopped excepting it I didn't stop offering it to them and they're management was completely awful just plain rude.

Never do they answer the phone. Pool already close for the season. When it's only September 🤷🤦🤦. Always have excuses.

I WOULD NOT advise ANYONE to move here unless you don’t mind having problems often.

I am going on my second lease term with the community and I have to mention that there has been huge improvement with management. My work orders are always taken care of in a timely manner, the staff is always nice and friendly, the grounds guy does an amazing job! This place is so convenient for me and my boyfriend, we moved in to a remodeled unit and we love it so much. It has been rough for us since I got laid off work during this pandemic but Betty has been so helpful. The only thing that I did not agree on was amenities being closed during pandemic. I feel like management could have done better

I would suggest living on the balcony so they can't charge clean up/renovation fees when u leave. My cleaning deposit could not b applied to clean up when I left, so it was 'forfieted'. My master bedroom did not get air thru vent.(I'd verify first) Water is turned off every other month for 'repairs'.Such a shame to treat paying tenants like sec8 recipients.

I’ve lived here for about six months. My unit is really nice and I’ve enjoyed the community. The problem that I have is with the grounds of the apartment. They don’t do well with up keep. The playground had been broken for the entire time I’ve lived here and they don’t have plans to fix it. Also, you never know if the pool will be open or closed. We moved here partially because of the nice pool and playground and they never told us that both would be closed a vast majority of the year. The price is usually reasonable. But they were not upfront about everything being broken when we were

Please believe the reviews about this place. It looks nice on the outside until you sign a lease to pay an arm and a leg for rent and find out nothing works on the inside. I just moved in July 2019 and already I've had to put in 3 work orders and the maintenance takes forever to Come to your apartment. The excuse always is they had lot's of units with broken air conditioners

I live here and It’s the worst place to live here.. Don’t ever move here.. they tell you you’ll pay water, sewer and trash but not for your individual unit, you pay water depending on the occupancy of the complex.. my rent is 1015 and as of now I pay 1085 when it was 1060 in the beginning I’ve only been here 6 months.. just imagine when I reach my lease. also they might look nice but everything is broken.. I haven’t had running Water in the kitchen for 2 days. The pool is closed most of the time and everything in the gym is old and falling apart.... the price is not worth it.

Worst place I've ever lived. Management is terrible, went through at least 10 staff members in the 1 year i was here. Property stolen, property attempted stolen. Gates almost never work properly, mostly open. Pool has been open all of 1 day since i lived here that i know of and spa never worked. Mailboxes not secured, so don't expect mail to come. As a matter of fact, the office "misplaced" or "never received" a package i ordered. The ratings don't lie ! DO NOT move here even if your life depends on it! I am currently trying to find out if a lawsuit is possible against this place from all the issues

I have live here for over 2 years and like many apartments they have there issues. But when people do not get their way when they want their way they have a lot to say and complain about. I have watched this place grow and improve daily. I love my home and I get my things fixed in the apartment all the time with no issues.. the office staff is very respectful and i have not came across any issues with them.. I have came into the office multiple times and witness rude people yell and argue with them , and they do not argue back and they still help solve all there problems as much as possible..
