Horrible management very unprofessional, always supposedly "out touring property". Parking is horrible very limited can't even park outside your garage because the tow truck will take your car. And if you paid a deposit to move in don't expect it back they find every excuse to not give it back.. I was charged 350 for paint!!! I was living there for 3 years! I should not have been charged for something that they have to have to do anyways!!! Rent is way over priced better off renting a house! Maintenance man Ricardo is very nosy & doesn't know how to do anything a resident had to come shut off water
