This oversized suite features Victorian Style furniture. The luxury of an oversized shower for 2 with adjustable, pulsating heads is the centerpiece of the Botticino Marble bathroom. Your bedroom features a king-size, Victorian-styled 4 poster bed, and oversized, heart-shaped 72x72 inch Jacuzzi whirlpool bath for 2, surrounded by mirrors and columns right next to the bed.
A charming, lovely, slightly smaller version of our Princess Suite featuring the same modified heart shape 72x72 inch Jacuzzi on a 9 foot Marble mirrored spa, right next to the bed built for two. A king bed, separate hardwood oak floor seating area, and bar with refrigerator and coffee maker. Place was a dump.
The furniture was scratched and falling apart.
There were stains dripping from the ceiling as if a previous visitor had spilled something against the wall and housekeeping neglected to clean it up.
There were signs saying the facility was smoke-free however the smell of cigarettes punched me in the face as I walked into my room.
The jacuzzi was nice until the hot water ran out after 3 minutes.
I walked towards the window to air out the smell of cigarettes and the screen was broken and falling out of the window frame. The window on the other side didn't have a screen at all

Long story short yall they have roaches, rooms are dirty and communication is beyond poor. Don't go here. Find somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.
I made a 3 days reservation from Thursday to Sunday for the Plaza suit because of the tub, the pictures online looked good enough but I wasn't expecting anything great given reviews and this is only a 2 star hotel/motel. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was friendly enough. As soon as I walked in the room it smelt musty, the room looked dirty but again.. expectations were low and I didn't think it would be great anyhow. Further

Great location. You can walk 15-20 minutes to the ferry terminal. There's also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The rooms are basic but functional. Nice Smart TV, decent size small fridge but no microwave. You have to go to the lobby if you want to reheat something. Place was clean and comfortable enough. Price was decent for a weekend. Free coffee and juice at the lobby.

It was definitely renovated and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and bedsheets and quilts were clean also. Rugs were new also. There were plenty of towels for the both of us. The room was cleaned daily. The chain lock on door was broken but the regular lock was fine. There was a buffet breakfast daily which was very good with a variety of options. Coffee and tea always available. Staff polite.
Had a dinner buffet there once and I enjoyed it. It's Caribbean food so maybe not what you are used to. But if you give it a try you just might end up enjoying it. We did

1. They have one of the best sleeping beds I've ever been in. This was verified by other members of the bus trip.
2. The shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water.
3. The AC provides great cooling.
4. The location is great: Martha's Vineyard, the ferry, and Provincetown are close by. Restaurants are near by.
Whats not good: I won't post pictures, because it won't show what the rooms look like.

It’s a nice place and located at very nice location. It has easy access to Main Street where you can find lots of local shacks for breakfast and shopping. Rooms are clean, room service is very fast. Interestingly they have Jacuzzi in bathroom. Only one thing is missing is microwave in rooms or else it’s definitely worth for money hotel.

The doors wouldn't shut unless you slammed them, walls were paper thin that i spent the whole stay listening to the people next door arguing all night, cleanliness of room wasn't up to par.. seems like they made your bed, took out the trash and changed out the towels in which they gave me one that was completely filthy, spacious room but definitely needs an upgrade with furniture, hot tub was ok but could've used a better scrubbing down. The bed sheets also kept me itching the whole night and definitely needed to be changed out and burned.

I should have read the yelp reviews before I went to this motel it's not a hotel it looks like a welfare motel for the homeless . Do not go to this place. We arrived and they first gave us a room that was used and had bed covers and pillows all on the floor because of a glitch in the system and it gave us the wrong room which they did rectify. . The second room was a little bit better but the daybed or a pull out couch, for the third person, in this room had no sheets no blankets no pillows no covers. we had to go walk through the parking lot to the front desk get our own pillows and things

The hotel is conveniently located close to the lively Main Street. The Jacuzzi suite we stayed in was clean and included all basic amenities. The jacuzzi worked just fine and was a awesome way to wind down after a long day of touring and walking. The ac unit was able to hold its own against the humidity of a tropical storm! The room is a little outdated and could use a few more overhead lights as it was quite dark, but otherwise was perfectly comfortable. I would recommend it for a short stay!

Beautiful place! Location is one of the best. Went during the off season so we stayed in a Tower Suite. Views....what can i say. Perfect. Friendly, helpful staff for the whole stay. Only thing that dropped the rating was that we thought the restaurant was open by looking at the website, but it was closed for the season so we had to find an alternative. That was a challenge since it was off season and a lot was closed.

We've stayed at the Hyannis Plaza Hotel several times. They are in a great location, convenient to shops, bars, and the Cape Cod Melody Tent music venue. On top of the location, what we really like is that this is not a cookie cutter hotel. We usually splurge a bit and get one of the jacuzzi suites so that we can relax and unwind.

To start with the room I reserved was not available. So they upgraded me to this room. It was dirty run down. I had to go get the rest of the towels that they never gave us. The heat was not working so they sent some one to check it. Two guys show up one with a mask around his neck and would put it on. They could not figure it out so they grab a 3rd guy who had no mask at all. They told me it was all set. So we went to dinner to come back with no heat. My girlfriend had to deal with the front desk. I was at my limit. They gave us another room that was cheaper then the other room and charged me

Outdated , poorly painted , nasty. This place is filthy, not worth the price. You can get pregnant just sitting on that couch. The washer is dirty , the mirrors barely cleaned. If you have a choice never come here. The staff are totally clueless , pretend to be , playing stupid when ask questions. Stay away

Once we checked in, we got to our room, NASTY. I even called down to the front desk and had someone come and inspect the room and actually clean it!
Hot tub and mirror surround had smudge mark all over the place. Someone must have redone the cocking because it was everywhere! The bathroom was renovated but you couodbt even open the door fully because the toilet was in the way.
There is no dresser to unpack your things. They only provide three hangers.

Cockroaches!! Room wasn't even cleaned before we checked in. Toothpaste in sink. Previously the International Inn... Said it was completely renovated, so gave it a shot. Absolutely disgusting. Asked for my money back. Was asked to look at a better room 3x, NO THANK YOU. Roaches in one room, then roaches in all. DO NOT GO HERE.

The building was under renovation, and our impression was that the most basic building supplies had been used. The beds were incredibly firm and great for sleeping, yet the toilet shifted and clanked every time that someone sat on it. There was no continental beakfast available.
